- Analyzing the current AIESEC brand on campus
- defining what our brand should be
- working with brand audit results and GCPs of LCs
- creation of ideas on how to improve our positioning
- how to adapt our posit

2. TN Sales and Exchange delivery (ER & ICX)

What is the profile of delegates?

- for advanced member in TLP
- suitable for ICX and ER

Content:

- cross-functional track for ICX and ER members to increase our ICX perfomance
- sales education for especially selling TNs to companies
- learn about sales concept for special products and strategies
- get to know the ER/ICX flow
- understand supply and demand in the network
- what is segmentation and how to use it for successful raising- partner servicing and satisfaction

We are adapting to the international concept and will open NatCo with a huge Global Village! :-)

What is the reasion behind:

* Due to the MC announcement on Saturday, we can not have there Global Village there

* Thursday is the day before the Y2B

* Friday are functional rounds.

Nevertheless we see this change as very good opportunity to have a great Kick off of the Conference.

The Global Village will take place outside and we will have the regional Roll Calls included in the Global Village.

Due to the Time of the Time it will be a non-alcoholic GV. Please impress with food, virgin drinks, clothes, shouts and material of your region!
