TransFormations - Trans Film Festival Berlin The second edition of Trans* Film Festival Berlin (TFFB) will be held in Berlin, November 27-2nd December 2018 in Werkstatt der Kulturen

The TFFB is a three-day festival in which we hope to create space for films that have been cis-tematically rejected or put aside. Amid all the whitewashing of q***r , trans*, inter, histories in mainstream media and institutions, we also want to celebrate the legacies and visions of Black, Indigenous, PoC, poor and working class, disabled folks and migrants within the make-up of q***r, trans* and inter, pasts, presents and futurities. We are an organizing team of Black, Brown, PoC, trans***, two spirit, gender fluid, gender gifted, non-binary people who want to make a change by creating and sustaining a space for intersectional films from (but not limited to ) the perspectives of Black, Brown, PoC, Trans***, two spirit, Gender fluid, Gender gifted, non-binary people. This festival is our vision for transformations in narratives in moving images and our centering of a diverse range of voices is what makes this film festival unique.
