✨A few impressions from "De Là à Là (From There to There)".✨

Through the journeys of two performers moving in opposite directions — from Europe to Africa and from Africa to Europe — the performance explores borders, migration, identity and the unequal conditions attached to mobility.

Their bodies become carriers of memory, history and lived experience, while the space between them opens questions around belonging, power and the ways places shape who we are.

A powerful encounter that holds these tensions in shared presence — and invites us to look at what connects us across borders.

✨A glimpse into Grounding & Energy Use in Movement Workshop with Shelmith Øseth✨

An exploration of grounding, body awareness and the connection between strength, weight and movement, drawing from contemporary and African dance practices.

Through guided exercises, floor work and shifting dynamics, participants explored new ways of moving — with awareness, adaptability and connection to the body.

✨A glimpse into Move Together – Dance Connects with students from Albrecht-Dürer-Gymnasium and choreographers Thomas Kunfira and Meier Eden. ✨

Movement, creativity and connection came together as the students explored dance as a shared language — with each person bringing their own energy, ideas and perspective.

✨A glimpse into the Chuma Chuma workshop with Tadhi and Samwel. ✨

An energetic and powerful session filled with movement, rhythm and plenty of joy. Everyone left the room completely exhausted — but with big smiles.

The live percussion was definitely one of the highlights, bringing an extra pulse and energy to the whole workshop. 🥁✨
