Wir denken unsere Umwelt ist es wert mehr beachtet, respektiert und geschützt zu werden! Vieles ist noch in Planung, a

Der Winter verabschiedet sich. ❄️👋☃️
Der TAM fand natürlich trotzdem statt. Wie immer. Jeden Mittwoch. Um 19 Uhr. Im Grunewald.

Doch noch nie hatten wir solche Bedingungen, wie dieses Jahr. Viel Schnee. Aber vor allem noch mehr Eis. 🧊 Teilweise wurde es mehr zu einer Rutschpartie, als zu einem flowigen Lauf. ⛸️ Doch egal. Denn das trainiert die Lauftechnik umso mehr. Und genau das haben wir auch gezeigt. Jetzt werden die Helden der kommenden Trail-Saison gemacht.

Das war der SNOWMAN-TAM ☃️😍 12 unerschrockene Trailis (vorallem aber ungefroren 🔥) haben sich heute auf den Weg gemacht, die verschneiten Pfade neu zu entdecken. Es knirschte und knarzte unter den Füßen - so still war es bei uns noch nie! Jeder genoss diese doch so selten gewordenen Töne der Natur in vollen Zügen. Sogar so sehr, dass das sonst so übliche Geschnatter nahezu komplett aus blieb. Ganz ehrlich, ich glaube, das hat heute jeder so richtig genossen in diesem wunderbaren Neuschnee! ❄️🥰 Sogar unsere Community-Schneefrau war total begeistert und wollte mit uns zum Schluss auf jeden Fall noch ein Gruppenbild haben. 🏃🏼⛄🏃🏼‍♀ Vielen Dank an alle für die tolle Runde. 💚

So a few friends and I started a week ago the second race out of three in total - because !

🏞The Great Lakes Marathon Potsdam🏞

The route led us through my beautiful hometown Potsdam. Trails, park paths and some road sections were on the program and we passed by a lot of big lakes of our city. The weather was just amazing with a bright sky and a lot of sunshine. I started with Maik and my good old buddy Peter, who was my running mate at the in 2019. We started with a nice pace of 5:00 mins/km and speeded it up like every 10kms.

However, this time there was a treacherous banked curve relatively at the beginning, which, thanks to the rain shortly before the start, led to an unexpected slip game that ended for me in the horizontal. 😅 Lucky me I had my red calves on regarding to my membership. 😁👌
And of course, as always at long runs, with my beloved LonePeaks 3.5. 💯🚀

It was my third marathon ever and I was again able to take first place with a new PR of 03:19:22 which is a pace of 4:43 mins/km! 🏆🥳🥇

What a wonderful experience! And in 2 weeks there is the last race of the Potsdam Marathon Series 2021 and hopefuly I am able to make a triple out of it. 🤩👍

So a few friends and I started a little friendly race yesterday - because !

🕍 The Seven Castles Marathon Potsdam. 🕍

The route led us through my beautiful hometown Potsdam. Trails and park paths were on the program and we passed by a total of 7 of the many wonderful castles in our city. The route was demanding not only because of the difficult route guidance, but also because of the almost 500 meters of elevation which, especially at the end, gave us the rest. But it was a wonderful run. And of course, as always at long runs, with my beloved LonePeaks 3.5.

I was even able to take first place and create a new PB (side note: it was my 2. marathon ever - in competitions I run less or even more in my Ultratrails)! 🏆🥳🥇

So a few friends and I started a little friendly race yesterday.

🕍 The Seven Castles Marathon Potsdam. 🕍

The route led us through my beautiful hometown Potsdam. Trails and park paths were on the program and we passed by a total of 7 of the many wonderful castles in our city. The route was demanding not only because of the difficult route guidance, but also because of the almost 500 meters of elevation which, especially at the end, gave us the rest. But it was a wonderful run. Since my Alta uniform has unfortunately been stuck at German customs for 2 weeks, I tried to represent the Red Team in the best possible way with my clothing. And of course, as always at long runs, with my beloved LonePeaks 3.5.

I was even able to take first place for the Altra Team Red and create a new PB (side note: it was my 2. marathon ever - in competitions I run less or even more in my Ultratrails)! 🏆🥳🥇
And I hope to be able to compete in competitions like this in our uniform and with new Altra shoes in the future.

🔴 2021 WILL BE R.E.D. 🔴

The tome has come! I can proudly announce that I am a member of this year's Team Red from my all-time favorite running shoe brand .

Not so woll known in Germany yet, however, Altra excited me early on and accompanied me not only on my longruns in training but also on the 85km of the 2018 and the 272km of the 2019 (where this picture was taken). For me, the Zero Drop and the Foot Shape are a real revelation and I don't want to run without them anymore.

Inspired by the book "Born To Run" by , I have developed a natural running style over the last 6 years that made me run further, faster and longer and of course healthier than ever before.
