The Arabic name Ouissal means “bridge” or “connection” and reflects the goal of the German-Arab mentoring program: connecting women entrepreneurs and female executives for a joint learning process and intercultural exchange. Meet Mervat Gabal from Egypt 🇪🇬, one of the inspiring mentors in the Ouissal Mentoring Program.

Ouissal’s mentor network extends beyond Germany. In addition to our German mentors, we are proud to have mentors from across the MENA region, bringing diverse perspectives, regional expertise, and strong cross border connections to the program. 🌍

We are especially proud to have Mervat Gabal, who brings a wealth of experience as a management consultant , founder of two successful companies Gabal Consult & La Maison Treize and as a mentor to many startups, with over 30 years of experience in business and strategic management. In addition to these roles, she serves as a board member of the Chamber of Information Technology in Egypt.

Her journey, leadership, and commitment to supporting entrepreneurs make her an invaluable part of the Ouissal community. ✨
