The Arabic name Ouissal means “bridge” or “connection” and reflects the goal of the German-Arab mentoring program: connecting women entrepreneurs and female executives for a joint learning process and intercultural exchange. 🌟 Ouissal Mentee of the Week: Aya Youssef🌟

This week, we are proud to spotlight Aya Youssef, the inspiring founder of Mettamena, a platform dedicated to empowering and supporting Arab women on their mental health and wellness journeys.

Mettamena was created as a sanctuary where women can access safe, confidential, and culturally sensitive support. The platform addresses a range of psychological and physical challenges, including anxiety, depression, eating disorders, and intimate health concerns.

Through Mettamena, Aya is breaking barriers, creating safe spaces for conversation, and ensuring that women have access to the support they deserve. Her commitment to fostering well-being and empowering women across the Arab world is making a meaningful impact every day.

With Femi-ON, the team is developing an innovative medical device that combines high-tech and female health to help alleviate menstrual cramps and improve quality of life for countless women worldwide. 🩸✨
