🌍 Nouvelle formation CBFM® en français à Strasbourg – Mai 2026 !

Nous sommes heureux de vous annoncer l’ouverture des inscriptions pour la formation CBFM® – Formation à la médiation familiale internationale en français, qui se déroulera à Strasbourg du 3 au 9 mai 2026 !

👩‍⚖️🧑‍⚖️ Cette formation intensive de 50 heures, conçue par MiKK – International Mediation Centre for Family Conflict and Child Abduction, vise à outiller les médiateurs familiaux pour gérer efficacement des situations de conflits familiaux transfrontaliers, y compris les cas d’enlèvement international d’enfant, les conflits relatifs à l’autorité parentale, à la résidence des enfants ou aux droits de visite et d’hébergement.

📚 Au programme : le cadre légal international applicable aux cas d’enlèvement international d’enfants (Conventions de La Haye 1980 & 1996, le règlement Bruxelles II ter), diversité culturelle, bilinguisme en médiation, co-médiation, la voix de l’enfant, jeux de rôle, études de cas pratiques et échanges enrichissants.

👥 Une équipe internationale de formateurs et expertes/experts partagera expériences et méthodologies pour maîtriser les défis des médiations transfrontalières et interculturelles.

💡 Cette formation est idéale pour les professionnels préalablement formés en médiation et souhaitant développer leurs compétences en médiation internationale dans un contexte juridique et culturel complexe tout en plaçant l’intérêt de l’enfant au centre de l’intervention.

✨ ¡Apúntate a nuestra formación de mediación familiar transfronteriza en Madrid!

Este año regresamos a Madrid con nuestra formación especializada en Mediación Familiar Transfronteriza (CBFM) en español ✨

Los conflictos familiares internacionales requieren de mediadores especializados que puedan acompañar a las familias en la búsqueda de soluciones constructivas y duraderas para el bienestar de los niños. En esta formación proporcionamos el conocimiento y herramientas necesarias para trabajar con casos internacionales complejos de custodia y sustracciones internacionales de menores.

Esta formación avanzada de 50 horas está dirigida a mediadores cualificados con experiencia internacional. Es impartida por formadoras expertas internacionales y abarca una amplia gama de temas para prepararte para mediar en estos casos tan complejos. Además, el curso te proporcionará acceso a valiosos recursos y materiales.

MiKK tiene más de 14 años de experiencia impartiendo esta formación con éxito en diferentes países, formando a mediadores de más de 50 países. Tras el éxito del año pasado, repetimos por segunda vez la formación CBFM e MiKK en español en Madrid.

La formación está avalada por GEMME, Grupo Europeo de Magistrados por la Mediación de España

📌 El programa de la formación avanzada de 50 horas incluye:

El marco jurídico internacional aplicable en disputas de custodia transfronteriza y casos de sustracción de menores.
Cultura, conflicto y resolución de disputas.
La voz del niño en la mediación.
La co-mediación.
El bilingüismo en mediación.
Mediación en línea, y mucho más…

Las simulaciones prácticas y ejercicios interactivos forman parte integral del curso.

🎓 Al finalizar, podrás formar parte de la Red Internacional de Mediadores de MiKK, con más de 200 mediadores en más de 45 países. Los mediadores que completen con éxito la formación CBFM de MiKK podrán recibir casos internacionales derivados por el Servicio de Información y Pre-mediación internacional de MiKK.
