We are proud to have successfully concluded our very first IBUS Hybrid Module 1 Workshop in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia! 🇲🇾

Through a combination of theoretical sessions, expert guidance, and practical hands-on training, participants had the opportunity to develop their knowledge and scanning skills.

Our heartfelt thanks to the Malaysian Society for Inflammatory Bowel Disease, the Asian Organization for Crohn’s & Colitis, and the Asian Education Network for Inflammatory Bowel Disease. And, of course, a huge thank you to the faculty, and all participants for their dedication and contribution to this successful first edition.

We are pleased to celebrate the successful completion of another IBUS Regional Hybrid Module 1 Workshop in Amsterdam! 🇳🇱

Over two intensive days, participants combined theoretical learning with practical hands-on scanning sessions, guided by our experienced international faculty.

Our sincere thanks to University Medical Center Amsterdam, the local organizing team, our faculty, and all participants for their contribution to another successful workshop.

We are excited to continue preparations for the first IBUS Global Summit 2027, taking place on June 1st – 2nd, 2027, in Leuven, Belgium, as we celebrate the 10th anniversary of IBUS! 🎉

📝 Abstract submission is now open! 
We invite the global bowel ultrasound community to submit their latest research and clinical experience for presentation at the Summit.

Abstract submission deadline: January 11th, 2027

📅 The preliminary program is also now available, featuring scientific sessions, keynote lectures, expert discussions and networking opportunities.

🔗  IBUS colleagues will receive a direct email with links to the abstract submission guidelines and preliminary program.
