A huge thank you to everyone who joined us on 4th Oct for our SG60 Elbe Fest Dresden event, celebrating Singapore's 60th Anniversary and the wonderful partnerships between Singapore and Germany.

The day was full of highlights: an educational tour of Elbe Flugzeugwerke (EFW) – an SG-DE joint-venture company of ST Engineering and Airbus – with insights into aircraft conversions, a quick downtown lunch to recharge, and a scenic Elbe River cruise to Schloss Pillnitz with autumn views in full display. We capped it off with a relaxed stroll and ferry crossing to a cozy Biergarten stop 🍻, before ending the evening with a warm, spicy, and festive 16-course dinner at ChinaZeit, complete with activities and giveaways.

It was such a memorable day — discovering new sides of Dresden and Sachsen, new connections between Germany and Singapore, making friends, and (re)connecting together as a community. We’ll never look at the inside of an Airbus 🛩️ the same way again, and we’re already excited to see you all at future gatherings across Germany 🇩🇪🇸🇬.
