ICYE's mission is deeply rooted in the belief that meaningful connection and shared experiences are powerful tools for peace. Our international voluntary service programs empower youth to step outside their comfort zones, embrace diversity, and cultivate a profound sense of global citizenship.

Our message as ICYE is simple: war must not be normalised.

We are dedicated to fostering a world where understanding triumphs over division, and where every individual feels connected and valued.

Reinhard Babere: A creative designer from Kenya, passionate about turning ideas into meaningful and visually engaging solutions for innovation and impact.
Fernando dos Santos: A youth activist and flood survivor from Mozambique. Fernando is a dedicated advocate for his community, working to resolve issues stemming from the 2024 floods and championing social and environmental causes.
