Berlin Glas e.V. is a non-profit association that gives everyone an opportunity to work with glass in Germany's capital! Opened in 2011, Berlin Glas e.V.

is Berlin's very first hot-glass studio! Our non-profit organization supports innovative art and social projects to inspire and foster creativity, collaboration, and social responsibility. This past week, we had the pleasure of welcoming Marianna Simnett to BG Glassworks for the Ann Wolff Scholarship Residency, supported by the Alexander Tutsek-Stiftung.

Marianna spent the week diving into the world of hot glass and casting with our team. Experimenting with new forms, ideas, and techniques, the studio was full of energy, curiosity, and creativity.

A heartfelt thank you to the Alexander Tutsek-Stiftung for making this residency possible through the Ann Wolff Scholarship, and to Marianna for her openness, enthusiasm, and willingness to embrace the unpredictable nature of glass! 😃

We can't wait to see where these experiments lead! 🔥
