We’re looking for 5 German participants for our Erasmus+ Vision Quest Youth Exchange from 13–24 October 2026 in Tuscany, Italy.

✨ 4 participants will take part in the Vision Quest.
✨ 1 participant will join as a Youth Leader, supporting the Vision Quest team in an assisting role.

A Vision Quest is a guided solo time in nature – a chance to step away from everyday life, listen deeply, and gain clarity for what comes next.

🏔️ The Mountain Speaks for Itself 🌿

What happens when youth workers from different countries leave their comfort zones, pitch their tents in nature, and embrace adventure together?

For 10 unforgettable days, our Erasmus+ Training Course "The Mountain Speaks for Itself"became a living classroom where experiential learning met international exchange.

Together we:
⛺ Lived and learned in a campsite surrounded by nature.
🤝 Explored cooperative games and team-building methods.
🛶 Paddled together on a canoe trip.
🥾 Hiked through beautiful landscapes.
🪵 Built rafts and tested them on the water.
🏹 Practiced archery.
🌳 Challenged ourselves on the slackline.
🎓 Stepped into the role of trainers, designing and leading activities for the group.
🌍 Shared experiences and exchanged ideas about youth work in our different countries.

Nature also had its own training program for us... 🌧️

We experienced days of heavy rain, and at one point our entire campsite was flooded. Instead of giving up, everyone adapted, supported one another, laughed through the chaos, and proved what experiential education is really about: resilience, teamwork, flexibility, and a positive attitude when plans suddenly change.

The mountains, the forests, the rain, and every challenge became our teachers.

A huge thank you to all participants for your openness, courage, creativity, and incredible team spirit. You made this project something truly special.

The best lessons are often the ones we don't find in a classroom—they are discovered in nature, in challenges, and in each other. 💚

🌳🏡 Tree House Adventure #2 💚

Ten unforgettable days. Four countries. One incredible team.

Youth workers from -Turkey 🇹🇷, Belgium 🇧🇪, Germany 🇩🇪, and Italy 🇮🇹- came together for our Erasmus+ Training Course to explore "tree house building as a method of experiential education".

Together, we learned, climbed, built, and even stepped into the role of trainers by leading different parts of the building process.

Nature challenged us, too. 🌬️ Strong winds forced us to pause construction for almost three days—but giving up was never an option. Instead, we added an extra evening shift and, through teamwork and determination, proudly completed our tree house. 🏡💪

Our campfires 🔥, intercultural evenings 🌍, music, dancing, and laughter reminded us that the strongest things we built weren't made of wood—they were friendships, trust, and a true sense of community.

Thank you to everyone who made these ten days so special. Until the next adventure! 💚

🌿 **CALL FOR GERMAN PARTICIPANTS – Vision Quest Youth (Erasmus+)** 🇩🇪🇮🇹

Are you between 18 and 25 years old and standing at a transition point in your life?

We are looking for 5 participants from Germany for our Vision Quest Youth Exchange in the beautiful Tuscan countryside, Italy, from 13–24 October 2026.

A Vision Quest is a guided rite of passage in nature – a time to leave behind what no longer fits, listen deeply, and discover what wants to emerge in your life.

✨ We are looking for:

4 participants who want to take part in the Vision Quest process.

1 Youth Leaderwho will support the Vision Quest team in an assisting role during the project. This person will not take part in the solo Vision Quest, but will receive an intensive introduction and be part of the leadership and support team.

This is an Erasmus+ funded projec, so accommodation, food, and project costs are covered according to Erasmus+ rules.
