نشارككم اليوم لمحة عن أول ورشة عمل ميدانية داخل سوريا،
تحت عنوان "التخيّل المشترك لمستقبل المدن وتعافي الأحياء المدمّرة في الغوطة، دمشق".
أقام تجمع الشباب السوري، بالتعاون مع سيربانزم وجامعة براندنبورغ التقنية كوتبوس–زينفتنبرغ، ورشة عمل ميدانية في دمشق ضمن المرحلة الثانية من المشروع، حيث جمعت شابات وشباباً من مختلف المناطق السورية.
شارك في المشروع، على امتداد مراحله الثلاث، طالبات وطلاب ومهنيات ومهنيون حضريون من سوريا ولبنان وألمانيا، ضمن عملية تعلّم وتصميم مشتركة هدفت إلى استكشاف وتطوير أفكار للتعافي الحضري بعد النزاع.
ركّز المشروع على حيي جوبر والقابون، ونُفّذ عبر ثلاث مراحل رئيسية:
جلسات إلكترونية (عن بُعد):
قدّمت نظريات وتجارب دولية من ألمانيا ولبنان وغيرها، إلى جانب دراسات حالة من السياق السوري.
ورشة ميدانية في دمشق:
شملت جولات ميدانية، مقابلات، رسم خرائط تشاركي، عمل جماعي، وتطوير مقترحات أولية للتعافي.
ورشة ختامية في جامعة B-TU في ألمانيا:
خُصصت لمراجعة النتائج، ومناقشة الاستراتيجيات، وتحضير المخرجات للاستخدام الأكاديمي والنشر.
أسهم المشاركون والمشاركات بفاعلية في النقاشات والعمل الميداني، وشاركوا في رسم الخرائط وتصميم مبادرات تدعم تعافي الأحياء المتضررة.

We are pleased to share a glimpse of the first on-site field workshop held inside Syria,
titled "Co-Imagining the Future of Cities and the Recovery of Destroyed Neighborhoods in Ghouta, Damascus."
The workshop was organized by the Syrian Youth Assembly, in collaboration with Syrbanism and the Brandenburg University of Technology Cottbus–Senftenberg, as part of the second phase of the project. It brought together young participants from different regions across Syria.
Throughout the three phases of the project, students and urban practitioners from Syria, Lebanon, and Germany engaged in a collaborative learning and design process aimed at exploring and developing ideas for post-conflict urban recovery.
The project focused on the neighbourhoods of Jobar and Qaboun, and was implemented through three main phases:
Online Sessions:
Introduced theoretical frameworks and international experiences from Germany, Lebanon, and beyond, alongside case studies from the Syrian context.
Field Workshop in Damascus:
Included site visits, interviews, participatory mapping, group work, and the development of initial recovery proposals.
Final Workshop at BTU in Germany:
Focused on reviewing outcomes, discussing strategies, and preparing outputs for academic use and publication.
Participants actively contributed to discussions, fieldwork, mapping, and the design of initiatives supporting the recovery of affected neighborhoods.
