🌟 From Awareness to Action: Building Inclusive Workplaces and Healthy Teams
On 2 September 2025, we successfully hosted the Talk2Me Multiplier Event at Kinderzentrum Ottokar, bringing together professionals, practitioners, and community members committed to fostering safer, more inclusive workplaces.
The event created a dynamic space to address a critical yet often overlooked issue: workplace mobbing, particularly as experienced by migrant workers. Through a combination of presentations, discussions, and interactive activities, participants explored how exclusion, bias, and subtle harmful behaviours can impact individuals, teams, and organisational culture.
Participants had the opportunity to:
-Gain a deeper understanding of mobbing and its consequences on employees and organisations
-Discover innovative Talk2Me tools, including the self-assessment instrument, training programme, and practical guide for managing mobbing cases
-Engage directly with HR and labour-rights perspectives on identifying and addressing mobbing dynamics
-Take part in hands-on activities designed to translate knowledge into practical workplace actions
-Exchange experiences and connect with peers dedicated to building inclusive team environments
A key highlight of the event was the testing of the Talk2Me self-assessment tool, where participants provided valuable feedback to further refine its applicability in real organisational contexts.
The discussions reaffirmed an important message: mobbing is often subtle, but its impact is profound—and addressing it requires awareness, tools, and collective responsibility.
