This year, 231.302 people from Syria, Albania, Kosovo, Serbia, Afghanistan, Iraq, Macedonia, Eritrea, Pakistan, Nigeria and many more countries had arrived in Germany applying for political asylum, hoping for new opportunities, trying to find a new home. Connective is a Berlin–based group of friends. By organizing events of different kinds, we want to raise funds to support various accredited organizations and projects for refugees. But we do not only aim to do it for them but with them, get together, be together. We want to provide spaces, in which refugees, migrants, neighbors and friends are welcome.

Berlin's parliament on Thursday voted to open the doors of museums, zoos, operas and theatres for free on January 31st, 2016, to thank the capital's residents for their mobilisation in the country's biggest refugee relief drive since the Second World War.

Connective is a Berlin–based group of friends. By organizing events of different kinds, we want to raise funds to support various accredited organizations and projects for refugees. Our hope is to not only work for them but with them. We want to get together, we want to be together. We want to provide spaces where refugees, migrants, neighbors and friends are all welcome.
