🗣️ Languages have evolved over time and allow people to connect, share ideas, emotions, and values, and build societies. The environment we grow up in shapes both our values and our language skills (our linguistic repertoire), influencing how we speak and form our cultural identity. Acquiring and later learning language, like in school, helps us connect with others. For children, these connections start with family and friends, then expand to peers in school and professional settings, where they share their experiences and emotions.
As part of our Eduskills+ project, “Dandelin Goes To School”, we will soon be able to share with you guidelines that are aimed at supporting you in raising your children bi- or multilingually.
Stay tuned for more information - new content will be launched soon! 🚀
