✨ From ideas to designs: Fashion Design Workshop Recap ✨

From 3–5 August in Berlin, participants came together for a three-day Fashion Design Workshop exploring creativity, self-expression, and the world of fashion.

Starting with no previous experience, participants learned the basics of silhouette sketching and developed their own fashion concepts step by step. Inspired by the theme “Freedom”, they created two original designs, transforming their ideas and perspectives into unique fashion pieces. ✏️🧵

The workshop was not only about designing, but also about exploring future opportunities in the fashion industry. On the final day, participants took part in a session on career development and job opportunities, gaining insights into different pathways within the creative sector.

The workshop concluded with a visit to a Nähwerkstatt, where participants got a closer look at the practical side of garment creation and the skills behind bringing designs to life. 🪡✨

A big thank you to everyone who contributed their creativity, curiosity, and passion to make these three days a success!

Stay tuned to see the amazing designs created during the workshop and take part in the upcoming design competition. 👀

🏐 We are excited to share some highlights from the SIVO – Sitting Volleyball for Inclusion and Well-being (SIVO) local tournament, an Erasmus+ Sport Collaborative Partnership project funded by the Erasmus+ Programme.

The tournament took place in Berlin, Germany, bringing together participants for a day of inclusive sport, teamwork, and connection. People came together to discover the power of sitting volleyball, proving that sport can break down barriers and create equal opportunities for everyone to participate.

The SIVO project aims to promote sitting volleyball as a tool for social inclusion and well-being by equipping sports organisations, coaches, and trainers with the skills to deliver inclusive sports activities while encouraging the active participation of people with physical disabilities.

🤝 Working together for more inclusive local communities
The AMIF project is an AMIF Action Grant funded by the European Union through the Asylum, Migration and Integration Fund.
🏘️ As part of the project, partners are preparing the establishment of Local Action Working Groups in each partner country.
🧩 The Working Groups will bring together project partners, municipalities, migrant organisations, LGBTQI+ organisations and other civil society organisations. Through a collaborative co-creation process, these stakeholders will share their knowledge, perspectives and experiences to better understand local needs.
🗓️ During a series of meetings taking place until the end of the year, the groups will jointly develop local action plans aimed at strengthening the inclusion of LGBTQI+ migrants and refugees and improving their access to rights, information, support and services.
🛡️ Following the recent events in Berlin, working together and strengthening our efforts to support and protect q***r communities is more necessary than ever. By creating spaces for dialogue, cooperation and joint planning, local stakeholders can contribute to building safer, more supportive and more inclusive communities.
🌈 Meaningful and sustainable change starts when communities, organisations and institutions work together.

🗣️The project AMIF is AMIF Action Grant Budget-Based project funded by the Asylum, Migration and Integration Fund that supports q***r refugees by fostering collaboration between local communities and decision-makers, with the aim of promoting inclusion and equal opportunities🏳️‍🌈

📆In the last week, partners shared and discussed the findings of the latest Ipsos LGBT+ Pride Report 2026, highlighting the challenges that LGBTQ+ people continue to face in Germany despite the increased visibility brought by Pride Month. The report shows that while 74% of Germans support protection against discrimination in employment, housing and services, only 45% support laws prohibiting discrimination based on sexual orientation or gender identity, with both figures decreasing by four percentage points compared to last year.

🌎These findings reinforce the importance of initiatives such as AMIF @ [, which works to support q***r refugees in collaboration with local communities and decision-makers🗣️

⚽🌍 The 2026 FIFA World Cup is once again showing how football has become a game of data as much as talent. Match analysis, performance metrics and predictive statistics now influence decisions on and off the pitch at every level of the game.

DAFNE – Data Analysis and Dual Career: New Paths for Football Athletes is a Cooperation Partnership Innovation project in the field of Sport funded by Erasmus+ programme ,and we are exploring how these same tools can create new professional opportunities for football players after their active careers, particularly in semi-professional leagues where career transitions can be challenging.

By combining football knowledge with data analysis skills, today's players can become tomorrow's analysts, scouts and performance specialists.

Because a football career can continue long after leaving the pitch. 📊⚽
