Today, our volunteer Katrin runs again.
This time in Bratislava. 🇸🇰🏃‍♀️‍➡️
Another 21 km.
Another opportunity to raise awareness for Parkinson’s.

She’ll be wearing our bright pink shirt with a QR code, turning every step into visibility for the cause.
If you see her, cheer her on.
If you can, support the mission: https://donorbox.org/i-run-to-kill-parkinson-s

Let's Kill Parkinson's.

It’s World Parkinson’s Day... again.

We’ve been remembering this discovery for 208 years now.

We think that’s long enough.

What do you think?

Dementia affects up to 1 in 3 people in the later stages of Parkinson’s…
and it’s much more than just forgetfulness.

It can impact attention, decision-making, perception, and even how someone experiences reality.

Understanding these symptoms is key to better support, care, and research.

If you could change one thing about your neurologist appointments…

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗻𝗲𝘂𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝗶𝘀𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗮𝘀𝗸 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗼𝗳𝘁𝗲𝗻?

Maybe about symptoms that are often overlooked?
Maybe about your daily life?
Maybe about how you’re really feeling?

Your perspective matters, and it can help highlight what should be discussed more in Parkinson’s care.

The Festival of Lanterns marks the end of Lunar New Year celebrations. Traditionally, it symbolizes light, clarity, and the hope of brighter days ahead.

Lanterns are carried to illuminate what lies in the dark.🏮

In Parkinson’s disease, not all symptoms are visible, and some remain difficult to talk about.

This week, we want to hear from you.

🌍 𝗠𝗲𝗲𝘁 𝗢𝘂𝗿 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺 – 𝗩𝗼𝗹. 𝟭𝟬

As continues to grow, we’re proud to highlight the incredible volunteers driving this mission forward.

Today, meet Adam, Senior Narrative Designer. With a PhD in Game Design and a background in games for social impact, Adam helps shape the narrative and user experience of our Global Parkinson’s Registry, making it more engaging and intuitive for patients to share their experiences.

By designing story elements, characters, and interaction frameworks, Adam supports a registry that patients want to use – helping transform lived experience into structured data that can reveal patterns, inform research, and accelerate the development of effective therapies.

🔎 Adam is one of the dedicated volunteers giving his time, skills, and energy to build something meaningful and drive change in Parkinson’s research.

📢 Stay tuned as we continue to introduce the people shaping our initiative!

As Valentine’s Day approaches, we want to talk about something that’s rarely discussed, but deeply affected by Parkinson’s.

PD doesn’t only impact movement. It can change intimacy, desire, relationships, and the way we connect with our partners.
These experiences matter and deserve visibility. ❤️

At Kill Parkinson, we believe that understanding PD means listening to real lives, not just symptoms.

💬 How have love, sexuality, and intimacy evolved for you since Parkinson’s?
