Connecting societies worldwide to advance immunological science, education, and advocacy

There are currently 73 Member Societies of IUIS, which belong to one of four Regional Federations encompassing Europe, Latin America, Africa and Asia-Oceania or are direct members such as US and Canada. Links with other international scientific bodies are promoted through the International Affiliate Members of IUIS, membership of the International Council for Science (ICSU) and formal liaison with the World Health Organization (WHO).

🧬 Working at the intersection of immunology, neuroscience, and complex disorders?

The Autism Medical & Research Summit 2026 (AMRS) will take place November 5–7, 2026, in Sitges, Barcelona, Spain.

🧫 What does the immune response to Ebola look like, and what can immunologists contribute as an outbreak evolves?

🧬 In September 2026, the focus turns to Munich.

The Congress of the German Society for Immunology will bring together scientists and clinicians to explore the core principles shaping immune responses across infection, immuno-oncology, autoimmunity, transplantation, and immunotherapy.

🧬 Working on leukocyte biology?

The Society for Leukocyte Biology (SLB) 2026 Annual Meeting, titled “Leukocytes, it’s all about location,” will take place September 14–17, 2026, in Columbus, Ohio.

The meeting focuses on spatial aspects of leukocyte function and brings together researchers to share new findings across the field.
