🧬 Working at the intersection of immunology, neuroscience, and complex disorders?

The Autism Medical & Research Summit 2026 (AMRS) will take place November 5–7, 2026, in Sitges, Barcelona, Spain.

The meeting focuses on high-support autism, bringing together clinicians, researchers, and multidisciplinary teams to address medical complexity, co-morbidities, and care across the lifespan.

Topics include neuro-immunology, genomics, multi-omics, and integrated care models.

🔬 This summer, clear your calendar on June 23, July 30, and August 26.
The IUIS webinar series runs through the season with three sessions that have very little in common, but that's exactly the point!

- An Immunological Alert on the Ebola outbreak
- A deep dive into the immunology of breast milk, timed to World Breastfeeding Week.
- And a session on why autoantibody testing still lacks standardization across labs, and whether AI can help fix that.

Three completely different corners of immunology.
All free.
All on ImmunoHub on demand after the event.

🧫 What does the immune response to Ebola look like, and what can immunologists contribute as an outbreak evolves?

On June 23, IUIS hosts an Immunological Alert on Ebola. Chiara Montaldo from MSF speaks from direct field experience: what it takes to set up a treatment center and bring communities along. Marco Cavaleri covers vaccines and therapeutics. Marie-Roseline Belizaire moderates, with 20 minutes of Q&A at the end.

✈️ Research training opportunities often come with costs that are easy to overlook.

Who will take the children to school? Who will care for an elderly parent? How do you make a short research stay possible when others depend on you?

The Travel4Expertise Grant for Caregivers helps researchers access training opportunities by supporting caregiving costs while they are away.
