Man-made has long-term and accumulating effects that are reflected in a projected increase in deaths. The current is 141,000 to 400,000 per year (World Health Organization (WHO), IPCC, , CVM, GHF).
Deaths related to climate change are projected to increase to 245,000 to 1.09 million in 2050 and 3.35 to 4.6 million in 2100 (WHO, IPCC, CVM3, Springmann et al., Bressler).
