BLACKALICIOUS SUMMER SCHOOL - June 12-14th

Dennis Kayode Obanla (he/they) () is a Nigerian-German Berlin-based facilitator who is passionate about creating embodied spaces of int!macy and deliberate slowness. They hold space (and sometimes hands) for individuals and groups to regain deeper access to their bodies, resources and er0tic aliveness.

workshop: We Belong Here

Community as a Resource: What does belonging feel like in your body? What resources become available when we come together? We Belong Here shall be a co-creational space to (re-)discover what resources we have internally and are available externally. Moment-by-moment.

Through gentle somatic practices, movement, witnessing, sharing, and playful relational exercises, we will explore how intimacy and community can become sources of support, nourishment, and joy. And how this might feel in the body.

Blackalicious Summer School 12th-14th June

Adrian Marie Blount or God### Noirphiles (they/them) is a California born - non binary, loving single parent, multidisciplinary / Time-based media artist. Their work explores the alien, the other and environmentalism through afrofuturism and drag through painting, music, sculpture, movement and performance.

Workshop:
Black Joy through parallel play

Parallel play is an often underrated space of joy. The joy of existing next to someone while they enjoy their chosen favorite activity while you enjoy your joyful activity of choice can be a liberatory pratice. It describes being together while both pursue their own activities (e.g., one reads, the other works on a laptop), which is perceived as appreciative and relaxing.

It fosters connection without the need for constant conversation. this workshop will have two activities of live painting together and poetry writing intertangeably where the painting will inform the writing or vice versa

Huge thanks to .pod 🌕💫for a magical and creative world building series. The „Tarot for Healing and Liberation“ Workshop series was truly a warm and inviting space, initiating many inspiring conversations and exchanges.
The atmosphere was like a rooted and soft tarot school for and by us to come alive in.

Lots of magical love to all the QTIBIPOC participants who showed up each week to co create a special space. ✨🪐

Feeling truly grateful for this shared Journey into tarot... 🌱🌼✨💫

Community Haircut Gathering✂️

The idea is simple: creating a space to share skills with the community, by the community, for the community.

Getting a haircut isn’t always easy.
Maybe you don’t have time.
Maybe it’s too expensive.
Maybe your hair needs a special touch.
Or maybe… any other reason.

💛 So here’s an invitation:
Come, let’s cut hair together.

Where: LesMigras
When: 28.04
Time: 16:00–19:00
Who: You, all of us

This is an open invitation for FLINTA* community members to come together and share skills.
Bring your tools:scissors, razors, clippers..whatever you have.
We welcome all hair types: kinky, coily, curly, wavy, and straight.

There’s no teacher here, we learn from each other. ✂️
And of course, we take care of the space together and clean up afterward.
If this resonates with you, we’d love to see you there 💫

Tarot for Healing & Liberation is a three-part series on connecting and working with tarot as a tool for collective healing & liberation through personal spiritual practice. We will locate the ways that tarot, in connection with other spiritual modalities, (plant)-cestral connection, and divine communion can support the reclamation of our relationships with our bodies, spirits, and autonomy.

Over the course of the three workshops, we will first deepen in our understanding of the major arcana, then the minor arcana, and finally practice using this understanding as a foundation for ancestral & divine channeling. All levels are welcome, and participants are invited to bring their own decks along if they have them.

We’ll explore how relating with/through tarot can bring us closer to ourselves, our power, and the wisdom and truths we contain. And what it can help us draw from other realms to inform and nourish our collective movements for the liberation of all beings.

Rma is a genderfluid marathi dandelion-moon-being temporarily living in a human body. They are a care worker, space holder, and multidisciplinary artist. All of Rma’s work weaves together themes of earthly and cosmic entities, the metaphysical, liberation, grief, and love. You can listen to them talk their s**t heartfully on their independent podcast, the dandelion.
