💥 War Is Growing. The Peace Movement Must Grow Too. ✊
War is proliferating. Military spending is soaring. Nuclear risks are rising. And the space for diplomacy, cooperation and peace is under growing pressure.
But peace is not passive. It is organised, connected and collective.
For 135 years, the International Peace Bureau has served as a bridge between movements, communities and decision-makers — amplifying grassroots voices, connecting organisations across borders, and mobilising collective action for disarmament and common security. 🕊️
With nearly 400 member organisations and 1,000 individual members across 100+ countries 🌎, IPB is helping build the global infrastructure needed to challenge militarisation and create alternatives to war. 🏛️
The next chapter is already underway — from the 2027 World Peace Congress in the Philippines 🇵🇭✨ to common security, peace education, nuclear disarmament advocacy and campaigns for a just transition away from military production.
As wars proliferate, militarisation accelerates and nuclear risks grow, the need for a strong, connected global peace movement has never been greater.
🤝 Help us build the global peace movement.
