Training course: "2FAST2INNOVATIVE" Promoting Social Entrepreneurship In Youth
2Fast2Innovative – Promoting Social Entrepreneurship in Youth is a 7 day Erasmus+ Training Course designed to strengthen the skills of youth workers supporting young people in rural and disadvantaged communities. The project responds to challenges such as youth unemployment, rural depopulation, low civic participation and limited access to entrepreneurship and innovation opportunities.
The project will bring together 21 youth workers from 7 countries to develop practical competences in social entrepreneurship, rural innovation, non-formal education, facilitation and digital youth work. Through workshops, study visits and cooperation with local students, participants will co-create and test 6 educational activities that will become the 2Fast2Innovative Toolkit. The project also aims to build a lasting European network of youth workers, strengthen participating organizations and empower young people to become active drivers of sustainable and socially responsible development in their communities.
Objectives of the project are as follows:
-Deliver a high-quality Training Course (7 days, 42+ hours of NFE) for 21 youth workers to strengthen competencies in promoting and facilitating social entrepreneurship, social innovation, and rural development.
-Develop youth workers as social change agents by enhancing their strategic thinking, innovation capacity, governance and soft skills.
-Establish an international network of youth workers promoting social entrepreneurship, exchanging methods, creating synergies, and developing new projects and collaborations within Erasmus+ and beyond.
-Engage participants in a Study Visit to discover good practices and expert knowledge in Portugal’s innovation ecosystem, connecting -European realities with wider social economy frameworks.
-Co-develop and test 6 innovative non-formal education activities with local youth in Trancoso High School, that will form the “2Fast2Innovative Toolkit”, to be integrated in schools, youth centers, municipalities and partner organizations' daily work with youth to promote social entrepreneurship and rural innovation.
-Strengthen Hawk Stars’ “Global Village – International Training Centre” project by integrating outcomes, good practices, and partner input.
-Recognize and validate competences acquired through Non-formal Education by delivering 1 Youthpass certificate to all 21 youth workers.

After the project EACH COUNTRY SHOULD ORGANISE 1 DISSEMINATION SEMINAR WITH AT LEAST 20
PEOPLE.
