Dieser Moment… 🥹💛

Lea kommt im Slum an und noch bevor sie irgendwas sagen kann, hängt ihr Patenkind schon an ihr.
Keine Worte, kein Zögern. Einfach eine Umarmung, die alles sagt.

Und ganz ehrlich… wer da nicht kurz Gänsehaut bekommt, hat wahrscheinlich kein Herz 😄

Genau das ist Volunteering bei uns.
Nicht geschniegelt, nicht perfekt, sondern echt.
Laut, emotional, manchmal chaotisch, aber voller Liebe.

Du kommst nicht, um zu helfen.
Du kommst an und wirst direkt Teil davon.

Und ja, vielleicht bist Du irgendwann genau die Person, die dort steht und plötzlich ein Kind im Arm hat, das Dich nie wieder loslassen will 🥹

Lea arrives in the slum and before she can even say a word, her sponsored child is already hugging her.
No hesitation. No small talk. Just a hug that says everything.

And honestly… if that does not give you goosebumps, we need to talk 😄

That is what volunteering with us feels like.
Not perfect, not polished, just real.
Loud, emotional, a little chaotic, but full of love.

You do not come to help.
You arrive and instantly become part of it.

And maybe one day, that will be you, standing there and suddenly holding a child that does not want to let go 🥹

Es ist nicht nur ein Brief.
Es ist das Gefühl, gesehen zu werden.
Zu wissen, dass da jemand ist, der an einen glaubt.

For me, it’s not about a specific location.
