EUIRANC is a non-political and non-partisan organisation committed to promoting international understanding through humanitarian and cultural work.

However, we cannot remain silent in the face of current events, which are a cause of deep concern. True international understanding requires the renunciation of violence. War inevitably results in humanitarian disasters and the irreversible loss of cultural heritage.

Our shared cultural legacy—rooted in principles as old as Cyrus the Great’s first declaration of human rights—demands unconditional respect for the rule of law.

We fervently hope the ceasefire remains intact and that no further civilians will be harmed going forward. We stand ready to deliver humanitarian aid on the ground.

The already severe humanitarian crisis is worsening.

Our work, and your support, are needed now more than ever.

Happy Norouz to all our Iranian supporters, and happy four new seasons to all our friends! 🌱

We hope everyone had a beautiful start to spring on Thursday. While Iranians celebrate the rebirth of nature and light for thirteen days, we are also preparing for our next event in Berlin and organising the final construction works for our Sistan and Baluchestan project in Iran.

The twelve sanitary spaces, which will be enhancing the lives of dozens of families, are nearly ready, with the final stage of work scheduled to take place after the Norouz holiday. In addition, we are also finalising the construction of a new home for a single mother in need within the same impoverished region.

To our donors and friends — keep an eye out next week for the invitation to our New Year event on 24 April and be sure to save the date! We’re looking forward to seeing you🌷

Happy belated Yalda, Merry Christmas and Happy New Gregorian Year

As we have gathered to celebrate the warmth and light of Yalda Night and now look forward to the joy of Christmas and the beginning of the Gregorian New Year, we are reminded of the power of hope and community.

Together, with the support of our generous donors, in 2024 we once again made the world a little brighter for some who need hope the most in Iran.

We have launched our final campaign of the year for the victims of the Sistan Baluchistan floods. Your donations make a significant difference to those in need. The lives of people in Sistan Baluchistan have been gravely affected by the devastating floods this year, and they are counting on every bit of support.

Every cent you donate goes directly to the people in Sistan Baluchistan. As always, our board consists solely of volunteers, ensuring that every contribution is spent on helping those in need rather than covering organisational costs. With your generosity, we can rebuild more homes and improve the lives of many.

Another year, another strategy meeting with our dear team! As the Gregorian year nears its end, our board of directors and advisory board gathered once again physically and virtually last week from Paris, Berlin and London to look back at what we have achieved in the year and plan 2025. It was an afternoon with great teamwork followed by a memorable evening. We were very happy our president Leila had made it over from Paris!

On what’s next: We will be doing a donation campaign up to Shabe Yalda and Christmas for the flood victims in Sistan Baluchistan and our next cultural event will be for Norouz. Stay tuned!
