Empowering Women in Agriculture: Launching the “Made for Us” Campaign! 📢
We are excited to kick off our global PPE project in South Africa with a vital mission at heart: ensuring that women working in agriculture have access to certified, safe, and truly female-designed Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) 🛡️. In partnership with the Audiopedia Foundation, we are launching an awareness campaign this March to address a critical gap where many female farmers lack access to essential safety information and properly fitting workwear.
Through the “Made for Us” campaign, women across South Africa will receive tailored audio messages designed to help them understand agricultural safety risks, the importance of PPE, and how to identify equipment made specifically for their needs. Audiopedia’s accessible, mobile-friendly platform ensures that this knowledge reaches women directly—anywhere and anytime 📱.
By combining co-created PPE solutions with accessible learning, we aim to improve the safety, comfort, and dignity of women working in the fields every day. This is only the beginning. Together, we are shaping safer and more inclusive agricultural work environments—made for women, made with women 👩🌾.
