‣ Body spectrum: strength training, weight management, self-defense and attention training, body control
‣ Mental spectrum: philosophy of self-improvement, mind master, conflict psychology, oratory skills

- All accommodation costs and all-inclusive meals are covered
- All transportation costs are covered (airplane ticket, bus, train)

💡Info about the project:
The project will gather youth & NGO workers who work with young people on TC where they will learn about how to make escape rooms based on HR issues. The idea is that participants will learn the mechanics & will later apply this in work. With our TC we aim to raise awareness about HR in spheres of refugees and immigrants, gender equality & domestic violence and special needs. This will be realized through constructing an HR Escape Room, as well as understanding how to use it as a learning tool in order to create similar projects of HR back at local communities by youth and NGO workers who work with young people.

📎 We will focus on 3 main issues:
☑️ refugees and immigrants
☑️ gender equality & domestic violence
☑️ citizens with special needs

👨‍💻👩‍💻Participant’s profile:
- aged 18+
- intermediate knowledge of English
- working in the area connected to the main issues or having experience of going through issues and challenges relevant to topics of the project

💴Finance:
✔️The costs for food and accommodation are fully covered by the Erasmus+ programme
✔️Travel costs will be reimbursed
✔️Participation fee: 40 EUR
