From the first connections to the final reflections, eXploreTech was a journey into the world of the Internet of Things, where innovation meets responsibility.

In Rokytnice nad Jizerou, Czechia, young people from Hungary, Lithuania, Portugal, Slovakia, Romania, Czech Republic, and Serbia came together to explore how smart devices and connected systems work - and how to use them safely.

Through interactive activities, team challenges, and shared experiences, participants learned about IoT, cybersecurity, and data protection in a fun and beginner-friendly way. Beyond the learning, they built friendships and created lasting memories.

Includify brought together young people from across Europe for a shared experience focused on inclusion, diversity, and empathy. Over ten days in Czechia, participants stepped outside their comfort zones, exchanged perspectives, and reflected on how social barriers and stereotypes affect everyday life. 🫂

Through dialogue, collaboration, and intercultural exchange, participants deepened their understanding of themselves and others, strengthening skills such as empathy, communication, and openness. Includify became more than a learning project — it was a collective journey toward building communities where everyone feels seen, respected, and included. 🫶🏻✨

From the first laughs to the final goodbyes, Tap to Create was a journey of creativity, friendship, and inspiration. In the beautiful setting of Rokytnice nad Jizerou - Czechia - young people from Hungary, Lithuania, Portugal, Slovakia, Romania, Czechia, and Serbia turned their ideas into digital stories that connect and inspire.

Through photography, filmmaking, and design, participants explored how creativity and digital technology can amplify voices and spark change. But above all, they created genuine bonds and shared memories that will last far beyond this youth exchange.

Our hike through the Zvolenská Kotlina took us along forest paths, gentle hills, and breathtaking viewpoints - all the way to the legendary Pustý Castle, one of the largest castle complexes in Europe. Surrounded by history and nature, we enjoyed a day full of good energy, fresh air, and beautiful moments shared on the trail.

It was a simple yet memorable reminder that hiking is not just about reaching the top, but about caring for ourselves and those walking beside us.

This event was part of Hike Smart, a project that promotes hiking as a health-enhancing activity, co-funded by the Erasmus+ Programme of the European Union.

What a magical day in the Jizera Mountains! 🍁✨

Our hike led us through golden autumn trails and quiet valleys until we reached beautiful waterfalls hidden between the rocks. The views, the fresh air, the colors, everything felt like a small escape into another world.

Good company, good energy, and nature at its best.

Tap to Create – Erasmus+ Youth Exchange 🇭🇺 🇱🇹 🇵🇹 🇸🇰 🇷🇴 🇨🇿 🇷🇸

Tap to Create was a youth exchange all about creativity, collaboration, and digital expression. Young people from Hungary, Lithuania, Portugal, Slovakia, Romania, Czechia, and Serbia came together in Rokytnice nad Jizerou, Czechia, to explore how photography, videography, and digital storytelling can be used as tools for connection and positive impact.

Over the days, participants took part in inspiring workshops, created digital content, shared ideas, and discovered new ways to express themselves through technology and teamwork. Beyond the learning, it was a space full of laughter, friendships, and unforgettable memories.

A big thank you to all the participants, partners, and contributors who made this youth exchange such a success. Each of you brought something unique and helped make Tap to Create truly special. 💛
