From April 6 to 10, our representative is in Baku, Azerbaijan , taking part in the international forum “Let’s Create Lasting Peace Through Culture.” The event brings together leaders, experts, and organizations from around the world to discuss the role of culture as a powerful tool for promoting peace, dialogue, and cooperation between societies.

Throughout the forum, participants are sharing ideas, experiences, and initiatives that highlight how cultural exchange can build bridges between communities and foster greater understanding across borders.

We are proud to be part of this international gathering that encourages global collaboration and recognizes culture as a key driver for lasting positive change.

S radostí oznamujeme, že jsme opětovně získali grant od Město Přerov na podporu naší práce s mládeží. Tato podpora nám umožní pokračovat aktivitách spolku, rozvíjet nové projekty a pomáhat mladým lidem růst.

During the project “Game on, Green on,” which took place from 24 January to 2 February in Dortmund, Germany, our team connected with people from different countries, exchanged experiences in youth work, visited inspiring locations, and explored the potential of gamification. Each national team was responsible for a specific part of the program, which encouraged close cooperation, active knowledge sharing, and mutual learning throughout the project.
As a final task, participants created five games that can be adapted to various topics and formats. Through this process, we developed skills in gamification design, facilitation, and leadership, strengthened our environmental awareness, improved teamwork in intercultural groups, and learned to link EU frameworks with practical youth work.
The project showed us how creativity and collaboration can turn ideas into meaningful tools for change. We left inspired, motivated, and ready to bring new energy and innovative methods into our local communities

🌍✨ We are excited to share that our participant Veronika Kocourova will be taking part in the Erasmus+ project "Global Peace Starts from Within" organized by Asociación Gantalcalá!
From Jan 26 – Feb 1, 2026 in Marbella, youth workers from across Europe and beyond will gather to explore the question: Can Global Peace exist without Inner Peace?
The project focuses on turning personal transformation into social action. Participants will move from introspection to strategy using a variety of holistic tools:
✨ Meditation & Inner Work
✨ Biodanza & Body Contact
✨ Voice & Creativity
✨ Theatre of the Oppressed
The main goal is to co-create new peace-building strategies after experiencing these methods and tools.
Participating Countries: Belgium, Croatia, Czechia, Estonia, France, Greece, Italy, Lithuania, Netherlands, Poland, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain (+ India, Peru, Turkey).
Partners involved: Asociatia Tinerii 3D, AYE Foundation, Backheros, Czech Youth Association, European Movement in Serbia, EstYES, Info Zona, Move, Pikei, Polygonal, Sytev, Tavo Europa, Youth ID.
We are proud to support Veronika on this incredible journey to explore inner peace as the starting point for global peace.

Another inspiring Erasmus+ project “Mastering Project Management for Youth Workers” took place on December 6–14, 2025 in Çeşme, İzmir, Türkiye 🇹🇷.

The project brought together 36 youth workers from Germany 🇩🇪, Greece 🇬🇷, Bulgaria 🇧🇬, Spain 🇪🇸, Italy 🇮🇹, Poland 🇵🇱, Czechia 🇨🇿, Romania 🇷🇴 and Türkiye 🇹🇷, creating a rich intercultural learning environment. The main focus was on project planning, leadership, proposal writing, fundraising, and evaluation in youth work.

Through non-formal education methods such as interactive activities, group work, and reflection, participants strengthened their practical skills, exchanged experiences, and gained confidence to develop high-quality and sustainable youth projects 🌍✨

This month, 56 participants from 8 European countries (Czechia, Germany, Spain, Italy, North Macedonia, Bulgaria, Romania and Turkey) gathered in Antalya, Turkey for the Standing Against Racism project. During intensive workshops, we addressed topics related to racism, prejudice and discrimination – from their historical roots to their current forms and impacts on individuals and communities.

We were very lucky because the project brought together many participants who had personal experience with the topic. Thanks to this, we were able to share not only authentic and powerful life stories, but also gain a deeper understanding of the issue on a theoretical level.

The program also included creating practical strategies and concrete steps to prevent these forms – and other types – of discrimination in everyday life and in working with the community.

It was an inspiring and immensely enriching week full of openness, sharing and finding solutions. ✨

Another insightful Erasmus+ project “Beyond Borders” happened on November 4-12 in Vilnius, Lithuania 🇱🇹

The project united 28 participants from Czechia 🇨🇿, Turkiye 🇹🇷, Estonia 🇪🇪 and Lithuania 🇱🇹 and helped us significantly improve our understanding of cultural differences between people from diverse backgrounds.

We brought up the importance of reducing prejudice and discrimination, developing tolerance and openness towards diversity. Another goal achieved was strengthening our social and employability skills through teamwork, facilitation practices and self-reflection on personal development. All of this was based on non-formal education methods – interactive activities, group discussions, peer-led workshops, and reflection practices. This approach created an opportunity for us to learn through experience, develop critical thinking, and enhance the skills necessary for both personal and professional growth!

We participated in an Erasmus+ training course in Georgia focused on ecology and environmental education, together with participants from the Czech Republic, Poland, Italy, Spain, Ukraine, Moldova, Georgia and Armenia. The programme addressed current environmental challenges and introduced practical methods for supporting sustainability in youth work. Throughout the course we joined workshops on sustainable lifestyles, ecological awareness and modern approaches to environmental education, as well as outdoor activities examining local environmental issues and examples of good practice.

The training helped us gain new methods and materials for working with young people on ecological topics, strengthened international cooperation and improved our skills in planning and implementing sustainability-oriented projects. Overall, the course was inspiring and practical, and we intend to apply the knowledge we gained in future environmental and educational activities.
