Confidentiality plays a particularly important role in the implementation of the program, taking all reasonable and necessary precautions to preserve the confidentiality of personal data and the anonymity of individuals. All personal data must be collected, used, transferred and stored securely in accordance with international data protection standards.

Neposlední roli při realizaci programu hraje respektování důvěrnosti, tj. přijetí všech přiměřených a nezbytných opatření k zachování důvěrnosti osobních údajů a anonymity jednotlivců. Všechny osobní údaje musí být shromažďovány, používány, přenášeny a uchovávány bezpečně v souladu s mezinárodními standardy ochrany údajů.

The AVRR program puts the rights and interests of migrants first. Each case is assessed individually and a tailor-made support is provided, taking into account the gender and age of the migrant.

Special attention is paid to vulnerable people. These people are provided with targeted assistance that meets their specific needs.

Program AVRR staví práva a zájmy migranta do popředí. Každý případ se posuzuje individuálně a poskytuje se podpora šitá na míru s ohledem na pohlaví a věk migranta.

Zvláštní pozornost je věnována migrantům, kteří patří do skupiny zranitelných osob. Těmto osobám je poskytována cílená pomoc, která odpovídá jejich specifickým potřebám.

Kyrgyz diaspora in the Czech Republic helps refugees from Ukraine 🇰🇬🇺🇦

Among those who had to leave the territory of Ukraine because of the war conflict were citizens of Kyrgyzstan.

79 people contacted us with the request to assist them in return home. These are mainly women with children and elderly people who came to the Czech Republic via Poland, Slovakia and Hungary. There is a large Kyrgyz diaspora in the Czech Republic, which was happy to offer assistance to its compatriots and worked closely with IOM to implement the return.

Unfortunately, according to the existing law, these persons were not subject to the same conditions as Ukrainian citizens. For example, accommodation for them was provided by diaspora funds, which were limited.

Thanks to the cooperation between IOM and the Kyrgyz community in the Czech Republic, it was possible to secure

✅ free accommodation before departure,
✅ all-day meals,
✅ purchase of flight tickets to Kyrgyzstan,
✅ free testing for Covid-19.

Repatriation flights to Kyrgyzstan took place on Friday, March 18. All 79 people flew via Istanbul to Bishkek and Osh. We are currently communicating with the Ombudsman of Kyrgyzstan to ensure that all those concerned receive psychological assistance upon their return.

The main principles of the "Voluntary Return HOME" programme ✈

Voluntariness is one of the principles that guarantee the successful implementation of the IOM programme: no one can be forced in any way to participate in the programme and, if someone does participate, he or she must be sufficiently informed to make such decision.

You can withdraw your decision to return voluntarily at any time (including at the airport).

Dobrovolnost je jeden z principů, které zaručují úspěšnou realizaci programu IOM: nikdo nemůže být jakkoliv nucen k využití programu, a pokud tak učiní, musí být dostatečně informován, aby toto rozhodnutí mohl učinit.

Své rozhodnutí o dobrovolném návratu můžete kdykoliv vzít zpět (i na letišti).
