Even though there’s still a year to go until the 5th Czech International Rock Garden Conference, we’re definitely not slowing down 😊

Preparations are already underway, and we’re excited to share that the first gifts for participants have arrived! 🎁

We’re also preparing a few new additions that will be waiting for you in your conference bags. We won’t reveal everything just yet… but there’s definitely something to look forward to 😉

Even on holiday, Zdenek Zvolanek doesn’t stop building rock gardens.
During his stay in Sri Lanka, he put together a small coral rock garden using local stones, a quick project, but a nice reminder that the rock gardening mindset travels everywhere :)

Due to the high interest, the 5th Czech International Rock Garden Conference (May 7–11, 2027, Průhonice, Czech Republic) is now fully booked.

As part of the conference registration, all participants receive free entry to the exhibition of the Prague Rock Garden Club Klub skalničkářů Praha

At this stage, the exhibition visit is not included in the official conference 2027 programme. However, we are considering arranging a joint visit after the conference concludes. We will inform you once the programme details are finalized.

The exhibition will be open to the public from May 4 (Tuesday) to May 21 (Friday) 2027, daily from 9:00 to 18:00. Those arriving earlier or staying longer in Prague are welcome to visit individually at their convenience.

We believe this exhibition will be a pleasant extension of the conference experience and an additional opportunity for inspiration :)

Information regarding the organization of the conference

Regarding your travel planning: the conference programme officially begins with registration on 7 May 2027 and concludes with the Gala Dinner on 11 May 2027.
We therefore recommend staying from 6 May to 12 May 2027 (of course depending on your travel distance and personal possibilities).

In December, we paid a lovely visit to Průhonice to check everything in person.
We’re now busy putting the final pieces in place so we can open registration very soon.
