Administrative Assistant at BedForPet Cat Rescue
Do you have a passion for helping animals and are good at organization? We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our mission in rescuing and rehoming cats in need and animal welfare awareness . This is an incredible opportunity to make a direct impact on the lives of animals, while gaining valuable experience in administration.
Location: Prague (mostly remote)
Key Responsibilities:
1️⃣Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks such as filing, organizing documents, and maintaining databases.
2️⃣Help manage emails, phone calls, and inquiries from the public regarding adoption, donations, and general questions.
3️⃣Update and maintain animal profiles, adoption records, and volunteer schedules.
4️⃣Prepare and organize materials for adoption events and fundraisers.
5️⃣Assist in social media or website updates to promote the rescue’s events and adoptable cats.
6️⃣Collaborate with other volunteers and staff to streamline operational processes.
Qualifications:
⏺️Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
⏺️Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (English, Czech, Russian)
⏺️Passion for animals and helping rescue cats find loving homes.
⏺️Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
⏺️Previous administrative or office experience is a plus, but not required.
