We are proud of the women who have stood on stage at Female Leaders Summit.

Yes, their titles sound impressive: but that’s not why. 😉 We are proud of the generosity they bring and the legacy they leave behind.

Like Violeta Luca in 2023: One of the most senior women in tech in the region at the time, helping build Czechia and Slovakia as genuine digital hubs as General Manager of Microsoft. The kind of leadership that doesn't make headlines every day but shapes the ground everyone else stands on.

Or Kateřina Havrlant in 2024. One of the few women in CEE venture capital who sits on the side of the table where funding decisions are made – as Partner of Rockaway Ventures. She didn't come to talk about access to capital. She is access to capital.

And Klára Kolouchová in 2025 – the first Czech woman to summit three of the world's highest peaks: Everest, Kanchenjunga, and K2. She came to the stage and spoke with the kind of clarity that only comes from someone who has genuinely tested their limits. Her keynote 'It's windy upstairs' turned out to be her last public appearance.

We are so grateful she chose our room.

"It's windy at the top. The higher you get, the more exposed you are. Be ready for it: it can be hard but you might also enjoy it."

And that’s the kind of sentiment we want to leave you with on May 14th.
