Where your body gives life to stories.

🔮 YOUnisphere is an Erasmus+ training course for youth workers exploring resilience through applied storytelling and embodiment.

In a world where it’s easy to lose connection, many of us are looking for ways to feel grounded, seen, and real. We all carry stories, shaped not only by what we say, but also by how we move, speak, and show up for one another.

YOUnisphere invites youth workers into this living sphere: a space where embodiment and storytelling become tools to activate, engage, and empower. 💫

We start from personal experience and translate it into practical tools that can be used to support others and shape meaningful learning spaces.

👨‍👧‍👧 The Core team consists of .vero.cz and as trainers and .raf as coordinator.

👀 We invite youth workers from Czechia, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Netherlands, Latvia, Slovenia, Serbia and Spain to apply

Room for Everything 🔑

Day 8, 'Celebrating' was the last day of our training course.
We had a closure in the form of future plans and a farewell in the form of a celebration.
In the morning we revisited the four pillars of resilience and saw how interconnected they all are. We learned about the future opportunities and planned our dissemination workshops. Then, the time for celebration came, where we danced and shared our joy with others. With music and laughter our day came to an end. Heads full of new ideas and hearts full of meaningful connections.

Day 7, 'Practicing' was the day that we used the tools and good practices from previous days and organised resilience themed workshops for each other. We learned a lot about who we are as leaders and had a chance to provide feedback to one another.
After the whole day of interesting and dynamic workshops, we sat down together and reflected.

Day 6, 'Prepping' was an introduction to the methodology of designing our own embodied activities.
In order to learn how to guide groups, the importance of creating trust and the ability of public speaking was emphasized.
One question we should always come back to is:
Is this activity serving my target group?

Room for Everything 🔑

On day 5, 'Guiding', we learned about each other and from each other. We explored how it feels to be guided and to be the one who is guiding, while asking questions like what is my preferred style of guiding?
How am I guiding and what is supporting me while being guided?
How can I guide others, be with them and help them grow?
Finally, we reflected on what is our inner 'why' and what is our drive when it comes to youth work.

Room for Everything 🔑

Day4, 'Integrating' is a day for rest. After three full days of activities, there is a need for some space where we can integrate.
Many of us decided to use this time to organise different workshops to further explore the tools we learned so far. In the safe space held by others, we laughed, played music and recharged, ready for what tomorrow holds.

Day 3

The 'Diving in' was a powerful day. We were encouraged to express and feel our emotions in order to deepen the way we connect with ourselves and others.
Through theatrical exercises and playfight, we woke up the body and took up space.
In the end it left us questioning what is the emotion we would like to feel more and how to implement playfulness in our daily life.
