🌿 Earth Day Cleanup 2026
On Sunday, April 26th, 15 volunteers gathered at Bagrák Pond to mark Earth Day with action rather than words. After a few hours of dedicated work, the forest was lighter by 2 full containers of waste. 💪
Among the trees we found food packaging, PET and glass bottles, textiles, old dishes, tires, bicycles and even discarded electronics - none of which belonged there, and none of which remain today.
It’s remarkable what a committed group of people can accomplish in a single afternoon when they decide to show up for the place they call home. Our sincere thanks to every volunteer who joined us, contributed their time, and demonstrated that community and effort together create real, visible change. The Earth doesn’t need grand gestures - it needs consistent action. We’re already looking forward to the next one. 🌱

PELS 2026 - Olomouc 🎓
This weekend, Rotaract Hradec Králové attended the Presidents-Elect Learning Seminar (PELS) held on March 20–21 in Olomouc.
It was an incredible opportunity to meet the incoming presidents of both Rotaract and Rotary clubs from across the district, build new friendships, and establish valuable connections with fellow leaders and guests.
During the conference, the District Rotaract Representative (DRR) and District Rotaract Representative-Elect (DRRE) presented the achievements and activities of Rotaract as well as the vision and plans for the upcoming year. The Rotary district leadership also shared their goals and key updates for the year ahead.
We are leaving PELS inspired, motivated, and ready for a great year of service, friendship, and leadership. Let’s make it count! 💪

The Escape Room 🧩🔐 is an activity where people need to find out together the solution to mysterious cases 🕵️‍♂️. The same thing happens everyday in an organization 🤝. Putting a team together to create projects that are going to have a social impact 🌍✨. The Rotaract Team Building is a moment to be shared with the people that dedicate their time to make our organization go further 🚀.

To properly start 2026 🎉, we need to remember the challenges of 2025 💡. Would you be willing to challenge yourself to make a team collaboration and build something nice together? 🧠🤝🏗️

❄️ 2025 season has been full of joy, generosity, and special moments!

From our members and friends, we collected 10 Christmas presents for the kids, which we delivered in person. We spent a whole afternoon with them — laughing, talking, and decorating gingerbreads 🍪✨. A special thanks to Alfík, who prepared a fantastic program and made the day even more magical 🎁❤️.

We also packed a full car with clothes and essentials — around 20 bags — donated to Diakonie Broumov, in cooperation with Rotary Club Hradec Králové. This was our third yearly drive, and it’s amazing to see how much a tradition like this can grow and help people in need 🚗💙.

None of this would be possible without the support of Rotary Club Hradec Králové and the generosity of everyone involved. Your time, energy, and care make a real difference in our community.

These moments remind us that sharing, giving, and spending time together are what truly matters. Thank you to everyone who helped make this season brighter for so many ✨🤍
