During the academy you will:

Green Skills 4 Future is back for round two and applications are officially open! 📢 If you work with young people and want to make sustainability more than just a buzzword, this one’s for you. Two stages, two countries, one solid programme built around hands-on workshops, DIY activities, and real connections with youth workers from across Europe. 🇪🇺

A week. 40+ participants. 17 countries. One shared journey 🌍
Through non-formal and experiential learning, participants dived into self-awareness, emotional patterns, and the basics of coaching. The program included interactive activities, roleplays, and group reflections focused on communication, active listening, feedback, and conflict transformation.
Step by step, they explored how to better understand themselves and how to support others through meaningful questions instead of giving ready-made answers ✨
