Day one. 👣
Eight kilometres through quiet Czech countryside, first meditation, first shared meal under the open sky. A gentle beginning. 🌿

05/08/2026

🌿 In July, our Voice group met up again, this time in the mountains of Spain for Voice 3, the third stage of our project on personal development and mindfulness.

We spent the week living close to nature, staying in cabins in the middle of the forest and mostly leaving our phones aside. Mornings started with meditation, then we moved into deeper stuff, like talking about who we are to other people, our fears, stereotypes, and how to work with our ego. We even tried a few theatre exercises to help us open up.

We came back with a lot more self-awareness, some real tools for mindfulness and reflection, and friendships that made the whole week feel like way more than just a project 💚

Georgia, we loved you. 🇬🇪🌿
Stage 2 of Grow: Coaching for Educators is officially a wrap. A week of coaching sessions, deep conversations, conflict transformation exercises that got uncomfortably real — and evenings in Tbilisi that made it all feel a little more alive.

We came as youth workers. We left knowing ourselves a little better. And honestly? That was the whole point. 🌱

You’ve been lied to today. 🤥 Probably more than once.

Not because you’re naive, but because nobody ever taught you how to read the internet. 🌐 Most students can’t tell credible information from fake. And the algorithm isn’t helping—it shows you what you want to hear, not what’s true. 📲

That’s exactly why we built MEDEA, a project giving students real tools to think critically, verify sources, and spot manipulation before it tricks them. 💡
