OFFICIAL NOTICE ⚠️ WFCU Statement: Expulsion of IKC (CZ) and Strict Breeding BanThe Presidium of the World Federation Cynology Unions (WFCU) hereby officially informs the international breeding community that the organization IKC (International Kennel Club, Czech Republic) under Ingrid Sedláková has been officially expelled from all international structures by the WDF. All pedigrees and titles issued by IKC are declared invalid due to documented severe breeding irregularities and inter-breed crossbreeding for commercial gain.Enforced Measures & Action Plan:🚫 Absolute Mating Ban: Any mating with an IKC individual is strictly prohibited. NO pedigrees will be issued for such litters within the WFCU network.🏆 Non-Recognition of Titles: No show titles, championships, or certificates obtained at IKC shows are recognized.🎪 Permanent Event Ban: The strict ban on entry and participation in all our network shows and events for IKC affiliated members and dogs (in force since 2025) remains fully active.🧬 Rescue Program for Honest Breeders: For misled breeders wishing to leave these fraudulent structures, transition under WFCU/KUČR is strictly conditional upon mandatory membership, mandatory DNA profiling/purity testing, and certified zootechnical evaluation. A special 50% discount on registration fees applies to help rescue legitimate lines.
