On Wednesday, we finished our training course "Courage to Lead". We dived deep into personal development and various competencies needed for youth leaders, such as self-awareness, communication, cooperation, accountability, handling uncertainty and creating new solutions in challenging situations.
We want to appreciate the courage of the participants to go on this journey with us and we wish the best of luck with the next steps!

In October 2025, we were part of a training course "Perspectives on Power" organized by the association Tra i Binari from Italy.
24 people from 8 European countries gathered to explore theatre techniques and systemic facilitation methodologies and their use in youth work. The training offered an intensive process of research, inquiry, and in-depth exploration of the theme of power and its manifestations at the individual, collective, and social levels.
