Brno Connected je brněnská neziskovka, v níž se věnujeme neformálnímu vzdělávání, osobnostnímu rozvoji a dobrovolnictví na lokální i mezinárodní úrovni.

Fungujeme od roku 2012, kdy vznikla neformální skupina mladých lidí B
rno Connected. Tu jsme se o dva roky později rozhodli rozvinout v organizaci se statusem zapsaného spolku. Věříme v jedinečný potenciál každého člověka a chceme podporovat duchem mladé lidi v objevování a naplňování jejich osobních cílů a snů. Zaměřujeme se hlavně na lokální a mezinárodní projekty, programy a workshopy. Vytvářím

e a realizujeme je nebo na nich spolupracujeme v roli partnera zahraničních organizací. Věnujeme se také propagaci a podpoře dobrovolnictví.

Brno Connected is a non-governmental organisation (NGO) active in the field of non-formal education, personal development and volunteering, both on the local and international level. We exist since 2012, when an informal group of young people was founded. Two years later, we decided to transform this group into an NGO with an official status. We believe in unique potential of every individual and we aim to support young-spirited people in discovering and fulfilling their personal goals and dreams. We focus mainly on local and international projects, programmes and workshops. We both create and deliver them or we cooperate with foreign organisations as project partners. At the same time, we are engaged in promotion and support of volunteering.

We took part in "Be Aware" training that happened 20. - 27.7.2026 in beautiful nature of Maguri-Racatau, Romania. We sent Barbora and Tomáš as participants and Katka and Marija from Brno Connected team joined the training as trainers. The experiential programme focused on self-awareness, communication and cooperation skills and problem-solving.
The project was organised by MATRISZ and funded by the European Union🇪🇺

THE LISTENING BODY, 21. - 29.11.2026, KAPRÁLŮV MLÝN (CZECHIA)

We are inviting you to an international training course for youth workers that offers an intensive exploration of nonviolent communication and somatic methods. Join us if you are interested in exploring methods that help young people rebuild and strengthen three levels of connection: with themselves, with others, and with their own bodies.

Open for people from Czechia, Spain, Poland, France, Slovakia, Italy, Bulgaria and Macedonia. No previous experience with nonviolent communication and somatic methods needed.

On Wednesday, we finished our training course "Courage to Lead". We dived deep into personal development and various competencies needed for youth leaders, such as self-awareness, communication, cooperation, accountability, handling uncertainty and creating new solutions in challenging situations.
We want to appreciate the courage of the participants to go on this journey with us and we wish the best of luck with the next steps!

In October 2025, we were part of a training course "Perspectives on Power" organized by the association Tra i Binari from Italy.
24 people from 8 European countries gathered to explore theatre techniques and systemic facilitation methodologies and their use in youth work. The training offered an intensive process of research, inquiry, and in-depth exploration of the theme of power and its manifestations at the individual, collective, and social levels.
