The organisers are seeking Fashion Designers who will qualify for participation in the prestigious launch award event “Fashion Designer of the Year Award”. The Event aims to provide established and new Fashion Designers with the opportunity of showcasing their creative an
d manufacturing skills.
“This Award has been created to give Designers an opportunity to expose their profile to an International audience. Furthermore, the Organisers comprise a team of Marketing Experts who will contribute in assisting the Designers to generate publicity through significant networks”, says Janice Ruffle CB Awards Ltd and creator of the established Business Woman of the Year Awards.
“There has been a burst of recent new talented Designers in Cyprus who have not received the recognition they deserve and this Award will give them a prime opportunity of strategic networking”, says Britta Simon Best Event Avenue. Entries are now open until 30th May 2016 and the final outfit will be presented at the formal ceremony at the Hilton Hotel – Cyprus, Nicosia on Saturday 25th June at 7pm. The cherry-picked Jury of 12 will first see a photographic portfolio of each Designer participating and then respond to a formal Scoring System for their final decision on one outright winner and runner ups. The main prize will be a professional Photographic Shoot worth €500 plus Sponsors’ prizes, with the prime prize being extensive publicity for the winner and all participants. The Organisers believe in a motto “you have to be in it to win it” and are looking forward to receiving applications from Designers with the confidence to explore new marketing opportunities by entering.
