The Award was created by HR Breakfast Club to recognise HR and people initiatives that have made a measurable difference to employees and organisations in Cyprus.

Companies of all sizes, HR and People teams, individual professionals, consultants, agencies and solution providers are invited to submit projects in four categories:

- Talent in Action
- Culture in Motion
- Staying Power
- Impact HR

Projects should have an operational connection to Cyprus, have been implemented fully or partially in Cyprus, and relate to work delivered in 2025 and completed by 1 May 2026.

🚀 Cyprus’s next generation of leaders is already being built — and we’d love your help spreading the word.

The Kateryna Biloruska Foundation just opened registration for FEM 3.0 (Future Empowered Minds) — a completely free, 3-month online leadership program for girls aged 13–18, built around exactly the skills our industry values: leadership, project management, financial literacy, digital skills, and problem-solving.

This isn’t a lecture series. Every participant develops and runs her own real project, backed by small-group mentoring from 20+ international experts across HR, finance, sustainability, entrepreneurship and youth activism.

The most active participants earn a spot at the in-person FEM Leadership Camp in Cyprus, a grant for their project, and partner gifts — with postgraduate tracks and a growing alumnae community beyond that.
