Cyprus' tech sector is growing. The demand for talent is outpacing supply.

"The Untapped Talent" looks at the talent gap from a different perspective, a pattern that costs the ecosystem more than most acknowledge: women entering STEM and tech careers — and leaving before reaching their full potential. Not because of ability. But because of structures, systems, and missed signals that companies, institutions, and policymakers still haven't fully addressed.

This session explores why it happens, what it means for innovation and competitiveness, and what can actually be done to attract, retain, and activate the talent Cyprus cannot afford to lose.

Together with Gala Grigoreva — Corporate Wellbeing Expert, Stress Management & Yoga Coach, Founder of Integrated Professional Growth (IPG), with 11+ years in leadership roles including C-level — we’ll explore practical tools for self-regulation and sustainable leadership performance.
