Last week we sadly lost David King, a much-loved supporter of the Cancer Patients’ Support Group.

David supported our group for many years and was also a valued member of our committee. His kindness, dedication and commitment to helping cancer patients will always be remembered and greatly appreciated.

Today, we think of David with gratitude for all he did for us and for the many people whose lives he touched.

Rest in peace David you will be missed .

A Proud Moment for Cancer Patients Support Group 💜

2026 is a very special year, as PASYKAF celebrates 40 years of supporting cancer patients and their families across Cyprus, while Cancer Patients Support Group (CPSG) celebrates 30 years of fundraising to support their invaluable work.

To mark PASYKAF’s 40th anniversary, a special dinner was held in Nicosia, attended by the Chairman of CPSG. During the evening, PASYKAF expressed their heartfelt thanks to CPSG for the support we have given them over the years through our fundraising efforts.

As a wonderful gesture of appreciation, PASYKAF presented CPSG with a beautiful statue.

It was a truly proud and emotional moment for all of us at Cancer Patients Support Group. For 30 years, our volunteers and supporters have worked tirelessly to raise funds for such an important cause, and to have that contribution recognised in this way means so much.

We are extremely proud of our long-standing relationship with PASYKAF and look forward to continuing to support their vital work helping cancer patients and their families throughout Cyprus. 💜

This event is going to be the biggest ever ! We have Jason Collins coming to narrate . We have a warm up for all those taking part. We will have loads of fun merchandise! Ladies bring your husbands and dress them in pink ! Every year we have such a laugh ! So come along and be part of it!
But there is a serious side to this too. We are raising money to help cancer patients in the Paphos area. We have lost 4 people this year who worked tirelessly to raise money for this charity . Let’s do it for them too !

We don’t have McMillan nurses in Cyprus. But we have the PASYKAF nurses . So we have the traditional coffee morning to raise funds to help them support our cancer patients . It’s a great morning out with delicious drinks and home made cakes. Fabulous raffle and live entertainment to make the morning memorable. Make a note in your diary !
