Trip Tribe is a Cyprus-based fusion band formed in the summer of 2022, blending funk, jazz, rock, and world influences into a groove-driven, improvisational sound. Emerging from spontaneous jam sessions, the band quickly shaped a distinct musical identity rooted in rhythm, exploration, and strong on-stage chemistry. They introduced their first two original tracks through “The Basement Sessions,” a live video series produced by Intueri Productions, capturing the raw energy and interplay that define their sound. Since then, Trip Tribe has performed at venues across Cyprus, steadily building a reputation for their dynamic and engaging live performances, while also collaborating with dance studios on interdisciplinary projects that merge movement and live music. The band was awarded 1st prize at the Sofia Youth Jazz Fest competition, marking an important milestone in their early journey. In 2025, they further expanded their reach with an appearance at Gnar Fest, bringing their vibrant fusion sound to a wider audience. With their roots in Cyprus and a global musical perspective, Trip Tribe continues to evolve as a creative outlet for its members, driven by a shared passion for groove, experimentation, and live expression.
