✨ Staff Well‑Being Training at CYRC ✨
Last Friday, we completed a training for straff well being.
Working in humanitarian and frontline settings requires immense emotional strength, and it’s always inspiring to see professionals invest in their own well‑being so they can continue supporting others with compassion and clarity.
This training was possible due to an project called Caring to Include, a consortium between 7 countries. For more information on the project and the material developed, visit: https://ecre.org/projects/caring-to-include/

✨ Last week, we were delighted to host the third transnational meeting of the Caring to Include Erasmus+ project!

Partners from the Netherlands (.nederland) , Hungary (), Malta (), Estonia ( ), Croatia ( ), Greece ( ), Italy ( ) and Cyprus ( , ) came together to co-create practical toolkits focused on staff wellbeing and trauma-informed care in humanitarian organizations.
The project is coordinated by the Dutch Council for Refugees.

Over three inspiring days, we:
🤝 reviewed project progress
💚 reflected on the importance of self-care
🧠 deepened our understanding of trauma-informed care
🛠️ worked intensively on developing the trauma-informed care toolkit

Once finalized, both toolkits will be freely available to humanitarian organizations via the European Council on Refugees and Exiles (ECRE) platform.

Together, we’re working towards healthier, more resilient humanitarian workplaces. 🌍💙
