The Kateryna Biloruska Foundation is proud to be as the Charity Partner of the 3rd annual Blackened Goggles Challenge, taking place on October 12 in Limassol 🇨🇾

This unique event was founded by Karolina Pelendritou, multiple Paralympic champion, world record holder, and “Princess of the Pool” , with the aim of raising awareness of the daily challenges faced by people with visual impairments. By swimming with blackened goggles, participants are invited to experience – even for a moment – the world “through her eyes.”

And there’s something special for the youngest swimmers 💫 Children under 15 can join the races free of charge, receive goodie bags, and enjoy an unforgettable experience. Registration is required by email at [email protected].

For our Foundation, being part of this initiative is a natural continuation of our mission: equal opportunities that spark social impact.

Together, the Kateryna Biloruska Foundation and Through My Eyes by Karolina Pelendritou Foundation will make a special charitable donation to support the cause. Details to follow.

The third Blackened Goggles Challenge has just taken place in Limassol 🏊‍♀️

We were proud to be part of this meaningful initiative as a Charity Partner 🧡

This unique event, founded by Karolina Pelendritou, multiple Paralympic champion and world record holder, and her foundation Through My Eyes by Karolina Pelendritou Foundation, aims to raise awareness about the challenges faced daily by people with visual impairments.

As part of our support, the Kateryna Biloruska Foundation gave children under 15 the opportunity to participate in the event free of charge and receive special goodie bags. Their energy and smiles made this day even more special.

Kateryna Biloruska, President of the KB Foundation, attended the event in person and presented a special gift – a portrait of Karolina created as part of the social campaign “Yes, I Can.”

For our Foundation, supporting such initiatives is not just about partnership – it is a continuation of our mission. We believe that sport has the power to unite, inspire, and open new opportunities for every person, regardless of their circumstances 💫

And very soon, we’ll share more about the “Yes, I Can” project and the remarkable athletes who took part in it – including Karolina herself. So stay tuned 😉

🫶 Πολλά μπράβο σε όλους τους συντελεστές του Access City Festival που έγινε το Σάββατο, 16 Μαϊου, στο διοργανωτή Enavsma Foundation & Round Table 7 Paphos και στο Δήμος Πόλεως Χρυσοχούς για τη φιλοξενία.

Η #συμπερίληψη δεν ειναι λόγια αλλά πράξεις και ο αθλητισμός μπορεί να αποτελέσει ένα φωτεινό παράδειγμα #αποδοχής και #ισότητας για την κοινωνία.

Μπράβο σε όλους όσους βρήκαν το θάρρος να μιλήσουν για τη δική τους ιστορία και είναι βέβαιο πως έβαλαν ένα μικρό λιθαράκι ώστε να χτιστεί μια κοινωνία πιο δίκαιη, για τις επόμενες γενιές.
