www.ciwot.org We volunteer to raise money or donate time to local charities. Our monthly meetings take place on the 3rd Wednesday of every month.

Cyprus International Women of Today exists to help our local community, to help women become better leaders, strengthen individual talents, provide friendship and networking, thereby connecting women in their communities. We are an International English Speaking organisation and work together to help women become better leaders, strengthen our individual talents, and provide friendship and networ

king within the community here in Cyprus. We do this by offering courses for our Members to learn new skills and by organising social events to get to know each other better by trying new things and enjoying ourselves. Our Ethos and Mission Statement is to help women find fulfilment by supporting and empowering each other through Personal Growth, Community Service and Friendship. What a beautiful Crafternoon! ✨

Thank you to everyone who joined our Crafternoon Mosaics workshop. It was such a lovely day filled with creativity, conversation, and plenty of colourful little details.

A special thank you to Kinga for teaching everyone and guiding us as each mosaic piece came to life, one tile at a time.

We've had another fabulous event! 'The Power of Your Jaw' was presented by our wonderful member, the Holistic Dental Hygienist Connie Bislev at The Republic Space & Beans, a venue we recently discovered.

All of us thoroughly enjoyed it, learned a lot and will certainly start doing those jaw relaxation exercises at home. Thank you Connie!

🌊 Beach Cleanup with Kids for Kindness

A beautiful afternoon of teamwork, kindness, and community spirit at Avdimou beach.

CIWOT members joined the Kids for Kindness beach cleanup mission, helping the children collect rubbish, protect our coastline, and learn that even small actions can make a big difference.

These missions are about more than cleaning a beach. They teach children the joy of giving back, caring for their environment, and being part of something positive.

A big thank you to everyone who volunteered, supported the children, and helped make the beach a cleaner, safer place for all.

The Cyprus Anti-cancer society has asked for help for the upcoming Christodoula March.

Please contact the numbers below if you would like to assist. Many Thanks🙏

“We are organizing coverage for two kiosks in Limassol(Omonoia and Pafou Street traffic lights & Viomixaniki Ypsona Traffic Lights – in front of Eleftheriou Gym) and we would ideally need around 20-24 volunteers per kiosk ideally for the road fundraising. The date is02/04 (Thursday) from 07:30-18:00.

Each Kiosk requires eight volunteers per shift:

07:30am-10:30pm
10:30am – 14:00pm
14:00am-18:00pm

Volunteers can be allocated to shift as you find most convenient. Alternatively, volunteers could also assist at the listed shops on the03/04 (Friday) and 04/04 (Saturday) of April, either in the morning or afternoon.

Friday 03/04
Jumbo Agios Athanasios or Polemidia (Morning or Afternoon), Alfa Mega Supermarket Kolossi (morning or afternoon), Alfa Mega Supermarket Linopetra (afternoon), Alfa Mega Supermarket Kapsalos (afternoon), Lidl Mouttagiaka or Ypsona ( Morning and afternoon)

Saturday 04/04

Thank you to everyone who joined us on Saturday for our menopause seminar with Δρ Μάρω Πέτρου - Μαιευτικό/Γυναικολογικό Ιατρείο . 💜

It was a thoughtful and informative session covering women’s health before, during, and after menopause, including routine tests, treatment options, lifestyle recommendations, and the importance of awareness.

Thank you to Dr Petrou for sharing her expertise, and to everyone who attended and contributed to the discussion. 🙏

Your support means even more knowing that ticket proceeds from the event will help Kids for Kindness and Room of Hope. ✨

Thank you to everyone who joined our Somatic Mapping workshop at IBSEN Café 💜

A big thank you to Lubka IntuitiveWellness - Holistic Health Coaching for such a thoughtful and grounding session. We explored how to tune into the body’s signals, recognise stress patterns early, and reconnect with our intuition through gentle somatic practices.

We loved seeing both familiar faces and new ones, and we’re proud that all proceeds support Kids for Kindness and Room of Hope. ✨
