Learning from 🌿🚶🚲

Over the next two days, Limassol will host researchers, practitioners and city representatives from Cyprus, Denmark and Germany as part of the Urban Mobility Forum.

Together we will explore how cities can reduce car dependency and create more accessible, sustainable and people-centred mobility systems.

Through a psychogeographical ride along the seafront, city walks, workshops and discussions, participants will experience Limassol from the perspective of residents, cyclists and pedestrians.

We are excited to welcome our partners and showcase ongoing initiatives that are shaping the future of mobility in our city.

🌿 Thank you for helping shape the future of mobility in Limassol!

As part of , citizens, stakeholders, and local community members came together through the project to co-design the Green Routes of Limassol.

During the interactive workshop, participants explored real locations across the city, discussed current mobility challenges, and identified priorities for creating safer streets, greener public spaces, and more accessible routes for everyone.

was proud to support and facilitate this participatory process, helping create a space for dialogue, collaboration, and community-driven planning.

The event provided an opportunity for people to share their ideas and experiences, ensuring that future improvements reflect the needs of the community and support a more sustainable and inclusive city.

What an inspiring week at the Summer Course 2026! 🌍✨

Our colleague .g.patricio joined mobility professionals from across Europe to explore the power of advocacy, lobbying, and communication in shaping more sustainable and people-centred transport systems. Together, participants worked on real mobility challenges presented by the City of Guimarães, developing practical solutions through collaboration and knowledge exchange.

As a valued partner in the project, it was also a pleasure for Anne to meet Anita Pinto, Head of the Mobility Division at the Municipality of Guimarães, in person and exchange perspectives on the future of sustainable mobility.
