May is Mental Health Awareness Month — and there's no better time to talk about what really matters. 💚

Children don't always have the words to say they're struggling. But they always notice when someone shows up for them.

This month, we're calling on our community to show up, share our page, make a donation, or simply start a conversation about mental health with a young person in your life. Small acts create big change.

* Changes in sleep or eating habits
* Frequent unexplained physical complaints
* Declining school performance
* Increased irritability or sadness

We are excited to be part of the Grammar School Limassol Junior 50th Anniversary Spring Fete 💛

On Saturday 23rd May (16:00–19:30), every smile, every game, and every moment shared will help make a difference.

Part of the proceeds will support the Dr. Yiota Demetriou the Dancing Queen Foundation, helping us continue to stand by children and families who need it most.

A HUGE THANK YOU to everyone who showed up and took part in our 2026 Paphos Walk!

Together, we walked 5km along the beautiful Paphos coastline, supporting a powerful message: *I’d Rather Walk than Drink and Drive.* A special thank you to all the participants who joined us, your presence, energy, and commitment are what made this event so meaningful and memorable.

A big thank you as well to Rock FM, illy coffee, and the Paphos Traffic Department for the awesome music, coffee, and incredible support this morning, even in the rain!

And last but certainly not least, a heartfelt thank you to our platinum sponsor Freedom24 for making this event possible.

Days like this remind us what a community can do when it comes together for something bigger than itself. We are deeply grateful to each and every one of you.
