Identify the skills required by young people with disabilities for employment in the green sector through video interviews with the Labour Market Sector (LMS), ensuring inclusive and equal access.

🎙️StoryMap – Success Stories
Motivate and inspire YPwID with real-life success stories of those working in the green sector as role models.

🐝ESCO-Based Factsheets
Bridge the labour market gap through factsheets analysing skills and competences based on ESCO classification for green-related professions.

👩‍🏫 Youth Worker Training
Enhance YW profiles through a validated capacity-building pack, equipping them with green, cross-cutting and employability skills.

🌵Micro-Credentials
Ensure transparency and recognition of newly acquired skills through the micro-credentials methodology.

What will we be developing in this project?🌵

🙋‍♀️The GreenJobs4ALL project aims to promote inclusive employability opportunities for young people with intellectual disabilities (YPwID) in the green sector, equipping them with essential skills.

🙋It promotes social inclusion through an accessible and validated training package for young workers and develops policy recommendations that promote accessibility for all.

🙋‍♂️Through the use of innovative, sustainable and inclusive digital tools, the project breaks down barriers and combats discrimination in the workplace, making green jobs accessible to everyone.

We need to give every individual the opportunity to reach their full potential, regardless of their background or circumstance.

📍 Valladolid, Spain | GreenJobs4ALL Transnational Project Meeting 🇪🇺🌱

Partners of the GreenJobs4ALL project gathered in Valladolid on the 4th of June 2026 for a productive transnational meeting focused on advancing inclusive employability opportunities for young people with disabilities in the green labour market.

During the meeting, partners successfully closed the WP2 phase, reviewed project management and quality milestones, and officially launched WP3 – the GreenJobs4ALL HUB Toolkit. Discussions covered the development of learning resources, GreenPedia, 3D animated learning environments, and an AI-powered learning assistant.

The consortium also explored progress on innovative technologies under WP4, including an AI-powered matching portal and interactive gaming solutions, while reviewing dissemination achievements and future impact strategies.

Together, we continue building innovative, accessible, and sustainable pathways to green careers for all young people. 💚♻️

Οι Ειδικοί Ολυμπιακοί Αγώνες Κύπρου ολοκληρώθηκαν και νιώθουμε περηφάνια και χαρά που είχαμε την ευκαιρία να συμμετάσχουμε σε αυτή τη μοναδική εμπειρία με διακρίσεις στη ποδηλασίακαι στο bocce! 👏🏅

Θερμά συγχαρητήρια σε όλους τους αθλητές μας για την προσπάθεια, το ήθος, τη δύναμη και το χαμόγελο που χάρισαν μέσα και έξω από τους αγωνιστικούς χώρους. Κάθε συμμετοχή ήταν μια νίκη, κάθε προσπάθεια μια έμπνευση! 💙

Ευχαριστούμε όλους όσοι στήριξαν την αποστολή μας και στάθηκαν δίπλα στους αθλητές. Συνεχίζουμε με ακόμη περισσότερη δύναμη, αισιοδοξία και αγάπη για τον αθλητισμό!

Grateful for the unforgettable experience at the Erasmus+ Youth Exchange in Serres & Thessaloniki, Greece 🇬🇷✨

From inspiring workshops and teamwork activities to cultural exchange and outdoor learning, these days were filled with learning, laughter, new friendships, and unforgettable memories. Meeting amazing young people from Estonia and Greece reminded me how powerful international cooperation and inclusion can be. 🌍🤝

This project was not only about sharing ideas, but also about discovering different cultures, building connections, and growing together as active young people ready to make a positive impact in our communities.

Thank you to everyone who made this journey so special — the organizers, facilitators, and every participant who brought energy, kindness, and inspiration to the exchange. ❤️
