The Kateryna Biloruska Foundation participated in the EPSI Annual Conference 2026 — an international event bringing together organisations, initiatives, and professionals working to advance sport and its social impact 💫

Conference participants had the opportunity to visit the Foundation’s stand and explore the “Yes, I Can” photo exhibition, dedicated to the stories of Paralympic athletes and the power of human potential.

A special part of the event was the participation of Foundation Founder Kateryna Biloruska and “Yes, I Can” ambassador Karolina Pelendritou — 3-time Paralympic Gold Medalist and World Champion.

Kateryna Biloruska presented the Foundation’s mission and two key pillars — Sport4Development and Women Empowerment — sharing how sport, education, and leadership development create new opportunities for children and young people.

Karolina Pelendritou shared her personal journey and spoke about the “Yes, I Can” social project, which highlights the achievements and possibilities of Paralympic athletes and brings their inspiring stories to a wider audience.

We thank EPSI for the opportunity to be part of this international platform and to share our vision of how sport can create opportunities, open new pathways, and bring people together 💛

We were proud to support the Pan-Cyprian Mini Kayak Championship — an inspiring event organised by our partner, Kyrenia Nautical Club – Canoe & Kayak Department, that brought together children, adults, and athletes with disabilities through the power of paddle sports 💫

The event welcomed 118 participants across different races and activities:

🛶 Pan-Cyprian Mini Kayak Championship — 60 children under 12 from across Cyprus discovered the excitement of kayaking and competed together.

💙 Pan-Cyprian ParaKayak Championship — 23 participants, including athletes with physical disabilities and participants from Special Olympics with intellectual disabilities. This year’s event marked a record number of participants.

🌊 Friendly Kayak & SUP races — 35 adults joined the celebration of movement, teamwork, and community.

Together with our partners, we continue to support inclusive sports opportunities and help more people discover the joy of being active 💪

This year, our cohort has grown significantly, and with it, our mentor community has expanded too 💫

Throughout FEM 3.0, participants will be supported by 10 inspiring mentors with diverse backgrounds, expertise, and personal journeys of growth.

Our mentors will help girls:
✨ build confidence and believe in their potential
✨ develop leadership skills
✨ set meaningful goals and turn ideas into action
✨ discover new opportunities for their future

Each mentor brings not only professional experience but also a willingness to share knowledge, ask the right questions, and inspire girls to take their next steps 🚀

STEM, robotics, personal branding — and 25 students ready to explore new possibilities 🚀💜

On September 9, the synergy between FEM, CIM – Cyprus Business School, and KodMastroi created a space where technology, creativity, practical skills, and real success stories came together.

🤖 The KodMastroi team from Archangelos Gymnasium shared their STEM journey and international achievements, while Dr Myria Kkali, Academic Director, CIM-Cyprus Business School, led an interactive workshop on Personal Branding & Marketing Yourself.

A representative of the Kateryna Biloruska Foundation introduced participants to the FEM 3.0 Online Program, with several girls submitting their applications during the event. And there was a little extra surprise. A €100 Beauty Line voucher was awarded to the girl who was the fastest to apply for the FEM Online Program 💫
