Applications are now open for EIT Food Challenge Lab: Ground2Scale+.

Are you building an agrifood startup, developing an innovative solution or looking to commercialise your research?

EIT Food Challenge Lab: Ground2Scale+ is an EIT Food-labelled entrepreneurship programme delivered under the EIT Food Challenge Labs framework, designed to help early-stage agrifood innovators validate their ideas, strengthen their ventures and prepare for investment and growth.

Your journey will include:
🌱 A one-day in-person Challenge Lab
🎓 Expert-led venture-development masterclasses
🤝 A minimum of eight dedicated mentoring hours
📈 Business-model and go-to-market development
🎤 A final Demo Day and awards ceremony
🏆 A €2,000 cash prize pool for the two winning teams, plus further venture-development support for the first-place team
🎓 An official EIT Food-labelled certificate upon successful completion

🌱 Discover EWA Explore — a self-paced 20-hour online course designed to provide foundational entrepreneurship knowledge and practical tools to help participants explore, develop and validate agrifood business ideas through a gender-aware lens.

The course covers:
• The food system: from farm to fork
• Innovation and idea generation through design thinking
• Business model development and strategy
• Financial literacy and legal basics
• Leveraging technology and data
• Networking and communication

💻 Format: Self-paced online
💶 Cost: €35 per participant (Fully sponsored for participants from Cyprus through SocialTech Lab, EIT Food Country Representative)
📅 Availability: Rolling all year long

EWA Explore is a great opportunity for aspiring entrepreneurs who want to build confidence, strengthen their entrepreneurial foundations and better understand how to turn an agrifood idea into a viable venture.

To allow more time for applications, the deadline for the EWA Grow Programme 2026 by EIT Food has been extended.

EWA Grow is a 6-month programme supporting women in Cyprus who want to develop or grow a business in the agrifood sector. 🌱
