🇪🇺✨ ERASMUS+ TRAINING COURSE | EXIT BURNOUT & RECHARGE 🇱🇻

From 15–21 August 2026, our participants from 🇨🇾 Cyprus joined an inspiring international Erasmus+ Training Course in Limbaži District & Riga, Latvia!

🧠 Well-being. Resilience. Connection. Growth.

During this international learning experience, participants explored practical approaches to:

💪 Prevent burnout and build resilience
🧠 Strengthen mental health & well-being
🎲 Use gamification in youth work
🏞️ Discover adventure therapy & experiential learning
🤝 Exchange good practices with youth workers from across Europe
🌍 Build new international partnerships and professional connections

Through non-formal education, reflection, teamwork, outdoor activities and experiential learning, participants gained new tools that can be transferred directly into their work with young people.

🇨🇾 3 youth workers from Cyprus represented our organisation and brought back new ideas, methods and inspiration to share with the local youth community.

Learning, Teaching and Training Activity (LTTA) - Women Innovators & Entrepreneurs – WIE | Dalaman - 3 youth workers from the Bee the future CY team activty take part of the activity.

From 4–10 August 2026, Dalaman became a meeting point for ideas, courage, creativity and new opportunities for the partners GIISH, LIDER AND BEE THE FUTURE CY.

As part of the Erasmus+ KA210 Small-scale Partnership project “Building Resilience, Inclusion, and Development for Growth and Equity”, participants came together for an inspiring Learning, Teaching and Training Activity (LTTA) focused on Women Innovators and Entrepreneurs (WIE).

💡 We explored entrepreneurship and innovation, exchanged experiences, developed new skills and learned from each other’s stories.
🤝 We built connections across cultures and discovered the power of cooperation.
🌱 We reflected on resilience, inclusion and how women can turn ideas into meaningful opportunities.

But the most valuable part was not only what we learned — it was the people we met, the stories we shared and the confidence we built together. ❤️

🇪🇺 Erasmus+ is about learning without borders, connecting people and turning ideas into action.

The Well-being Trail: Nature, Reflection & Youth Empowerment . 🌳

Our local workshop brought young people together to explore the power of nature, reflection, and non-formal learning. Through outdoor activities, meaningful conversations, and moments of mindfulness, participants strengthened their connection with themselves, each other, and the natural world. 🌱🍃

Nature reminds us to slow down, listen, grow, and discover that well-being begins with the small moments we often overlook. 🌼🌍 Together, we learned that every step on the trail is a step towards resilience, self-awareness, and positive change.

Join an exciting Erasmus+ Youth Exchange and become part of an international team of young people working towards a safer and more responsible digital future!

📍 We are looking for 6 participants from Cyprus 🇨🇾

👥 Participants needed:

* 👨‍🏫 1 National Leader (18+) (mandatory)
* 👥 5 Young Participants (16–30 years old)

✅ Only motivated, professional participants will be selected. This is an Erasmus project not a student trip ⚠️

🌍 About the Youth Exchange

For 7 days, 36 young people from 6 countries will come together to:

🔍 Verify online information and fact-check sources
🔒 Improve online safety and cybersecurity skills
💡 Become responsible digital citizens
🤝 Exchange experiences through interactive workshops and intercultural activities

After the project, participants will share what they learned in their local communities and help promote digital literacy.
